In Nakameguro, nestled along the Meguro River, stands the stunning Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo — a dream destination for coffee lovers. With its grand copper façade and the mesmerizing aroma of freshly roasted beans, the space feels less like a café and more like a coffee-themed wonderland.

This time, we tried the Costa Rica (Clover Brew) — priced at ¥1,570 — a smooth and aromatic cup that highlighted the depth of single-origin coffee. Each floor of the Roastery offers a different experience:
• 2F: TEAVANA, where you can enjoy delicate teas and matcha drinks.
• 3F: Arriviamo Bar, serving coffee-inspired cocktails and creative beverages.

Though it’s often crowded and lively, there’s something soothing about the gentle hum of beans flowing through the copper pipes overhead. The combination of music, chatter, and that signature coffee aroma creates a warm, sensory experience that’s both energizing and comforting — the perfect escape in the middle of the city.
