Tonglu Homestay Recommendation | Lie flat in the mountains and fields during the hot summer days

Let's 'lie flat' together in the bamboo forest in the wild.
It takes an hour and a half to get to the homestay from Hangzhou. The one we chose is on the mountain, requiring about ten minutes of driving on a narrow mountain road. I was initially nervous about driving it myself as a female driver, but fortunately, there were staff directing traffic on the way up.
Cars coming down the mountain give way to those going up, so there's no need to worry about meeting other vehicles on the mountain road.
When we were about to arrive at the homestay, we contacted the little housekeeper.
By the time we reached the 🅿️ parking lot, the little housekeeper was already waiting there and kindly helped us with our luggage. There are many homestays in this area, and the one we booked, Qi Bamboo Homestay, is located a bit further inside, away from the road, and very quiet.
The exterior of the homestay is designed with rammed earth walls, blending perfectly with the wilderness, and comes highly recommended.
The homestay is pet-friendly, with a very cute cat and a clingy corgi in the house. It's the first choice for those who want to bring their cats and dogs out to play.
In this hot summer, we spent two days and one night happily in the mountains, in the stream, and in the swimming pool. The little housekeeper recommended nearby attractions like OMG Heartbeat Park and Malin Ancient Trail for hiking. They come highly recommended for those interested, but since we just wanted to 'lie flat,' we didn't go there.
