A small roasting cafe found at Tsukiji Market

I stumbled upon this Jikyeon Roasting Cafe while walking around Tsukiji Market.
Japan has a lot of small, charming cafes, and while this one isn't huge, it's not incredibly small either. :)
In Korea, espresso-brewed Americanos are popular, but in Japan, siphon coffee, a specialty coffee that's not common in Korea, is common in cafes. 🥰😍🤭
Siphon coffee is brewed using pressure, and it has a different charm than regular filter coffee. :)

After eating and exploring Tsukiji Market from breakfast to lunch, it might be a good idea to walk over to Ginza Nishikawa Tsukiji Store for a drink. :)
They were selling an avocado shake as a seasonal menu item, and it was absolutely delicious! If you like sweet coffee, you'll love this one~❤️
