A cozy family-style Shiba Inu Cafe

The small foodie spot across from King Fung Station in Tuen Mun has become my favorite dining spot lately. This time, I met up with some friends for dinner at Shiba Inu Head Coffee Shop.

📍Location: Get off at King Fung Light Rail Station, behind the Fisherman's House.

🏠Environment: Located on the ground floor of a high-rise building, seating is split on both sides, with booths on the left and a bar on the right. The decor is simple, with stucco walls and yellowish lighting, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a chat.

🤵🏻Service: Order via QR code.

🍽️Dinner: Specializing in international cuisine, including pizza, pasta, and coffee, with set dinner menus for two and four people available.

🥣The soup for this Japanese meal is 🍄Mushroom Soup, which has a rich mushroom aroma and a texture that makes you feel like you're eating individual mushrooms 😍. The broth is thick and dense!

🥗Japanese Tofu Salad with Sesame Dressing $58 + Avocado $15
The presentation was thoughtful. The avocado 🥑 was arranged in a round shape ⭕️, perfectly cooked and soft 🤩. The salad 🥗 was generous. I could have used less sesame dressing, but the tofu was bite-sized and tender. I loved it 😘!

🍝Chicken Breast Spaghetti with Flavorful Salted Egg Yolk Cream Sauce $98
The portion was a good size. The chicken breast was lightly seared and generously coated in the sauce. The best part was the balance of salted egg yolk and cream sauce, creating a crunchy texture ☺️ without being overpowering. A perfect balance 👍🏻!

🍫Hazelnut Chocolate Milk $35
My friend ordered it. I tried it and it had a rich chocolate flavor!

🍵Uji Matcha Milk $35
I originally wanted to order a caramel custard with coffee, but I was worried I wouldn't be able to sleep at night, so I opted for matcha instead. The heart-shaped latte art was a perfect balance between the tea and milk, and it wasn't overly sweet. 👍🏻
