Warm Hospitality in Maldives

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to the Maldives. Despite the island's small size and some areas undergoing renovation, it is fairly near a neighboring inhabited island. Nonetheless, the staff's enthusiasm compensated for these flaws. The housekeeper, Sham, was a kind girl. She organized our excursions right after we arrived and was quick to respond to messages. Though she didn't speak Chinese, she would translate messages into Chinese for me, ensuring it was easy for us to understand. She also provided us the Chinese content, maps, and prices for paid items. The island's staff warmly welcomed every guest. They even used any Chinese they knew, adding a touch of warmth and friendliness that made our family feel welcome. Compared to Iru Veli, also under the same group, though smaller, the service here surpassed the 6-star island's.
