Wenling Shitang Xiaoruo Village, Taizhou

【Must-Visit Spots】:
First Stop: Millennium Sunrise Monument
Arrived at Millennium Sunrise Park at 5 am to catch the sunrise. Initially thought the thick clouds would ruin it, but luckily the sun emerged! Everyone was so happy!!!

Second Stop: Xiaoruo Village
This place is photogenic only in sunny weather. When we first arrived, the sky was overcast and photos turned out dull. Then we hiked up Qilin Hill behind Tianhou Temple – followed the route and reached the top quickly. This spot offers the best photo angles of Xiaoruo Village. Coincidentally, a blessing ceremony was happening at Tianhou Temple square, creating a lively atmosphere where we experienced local customs.

Third Stop: Pearl Beach at Coastal Greenway
Just a short walk downhill from the Coastal Greenway sightseeing ticket booth, Pearl Beach is quite small. After snapping some photos, we enjoyed the scenic views along the Greenway. The route isn't too long – we bought one-way tickets and got off at the terminal.

Fourth Stop: Ring Viewing Platform
Climbed the hillside next to the Greenway terminal – a strenuous 30+ minute hike with countless steps under blazing sun. The platform offers spectacular views overlooking all of Shitang.

Fifth Stop: Golden Beach
Slightly larger than Pearl Beach but still compact. Entry requires a fee. The soft sand and many swimming kids gave it a "children's water park" vibe. After some hesitation ("we're already here"), we entered briefly mainly for photos before taxiing back to our accommodation.

Initially thought attractions were far apart, but found convenient taxi rides (10-15 minutes between spots). Lastly, Shitang locals are wonderfully warmhearted!!!
