Homestay: Wenzhou Xishanwai Independent Valley Hotel
Address: Wolong Road, Chashan Street, Ouhai District, Wenzhou
Located on the edge of the Da Luo Mountain scenic area, "Xishanwai" is nestled halfway up the mountain, surrounded by streams and forests, orchestrating a symphony of nature and simplicity. About 15 kilometers from the city center, its location by the mountain and water endows it with unique scenery and a Zen-inspired architectural style. Hidden under the dense forest, it is like a distant green oasis, serene and poetic.
Upon entering "Xishanwai", one can immediately feel the strong Japanese 'wabi-sabi' aesthetic in the space design, from the overall layout to the furniture and accessories, lighting, and even every small ornament, all reflecting its unique design philosophy.
Rooms
"Xishanwai" has five chic guest rooms, named Senxi, Yunhui, Zhujian, Qianshan, and Kongye. Each room adopts a simple yet cozy design style, with the combination of solid wood furniture and cotton-linen textiles creating a rustic and natural atmosphere. Each room has an excellent view and is equipped with a built-in bathtub, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty outside the window while bathing, perfectly blending body and mind with nature. The rooms are bright and warm, with a strong sense of life, and the harmonious unity of the indoor and outdoor landscapes provides a perfect resting space.
Dining
The restaurant features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, breaking the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, integrating the dining environment with the natural landscape to create a bright, fresh, and tranquil dining atmosphere. The butler will also carefully prepare delicious dishes, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality life even in the depths of the mountains.
Experience
"Xishanwai" offers a variety of experiential activities, extending from the design of the residence to the exploration of the hillside lifestyle - here you have the quiet time like an art gallery, the misty swimming pool, specialty restaurants, afternoon tea and open-air bars, customizable hillside garden activities (including camping, picnics, pool parties, etc.), valley tea rooms, rooftop hot tubs, half-acre grass ponds, open-air cinemas, and more, each spot being an ideal place to explore and enjoy nature.
