After nightfall, I headed to the Yellow Crane Tower, one of Wuhan’s most famous landmarks. Climb up a tall building and look out over the entire city. The night slowly falls, and thousands of lights illuminate the outline of the river bank, creating a spectacular view. I walked slowly towards the Yangtze River Bridge. The evening breeze blew away the fatigue from the day's journey. Standing on the bridge, watching the river rushing by, at that moment I felt like I was breathing with the entire city. The night in Wuhan is not only prosperous, but also gentle and poetic, which is a perfect end to the first day of the journey.
