Wuxi | Visit Taihu Lake at Gonghu Bay Wetland Park!

It's seagull season, so you might see a few seagulls on Taihu Lake!

🔍 "Gonghu Bay Wetland Park" is about 90 minutes from Shanghai. You'll pass Yangcheng Lake and two service areas, including the luxurious Yangcheng Lake Service Area.
There are parking lots at any gate, and you can also park on the roadside in marked areas. It's not expensive, but make sure to park in the marked areas!

There are many dense red maple trees in the park, and some golden yellow ones are also beautiful.

The trail along Taihu Lake offers views of factories and mountains on the opposite shore on clear days. There are photo-friendly viewing platforms and arch bridges along the way.

On clear days, the lake water is blue, resembling the sea, with fishing boats on it.

This is a great place to watch the sunset over Taihu Lake! It's not crowded, making it perfect for a weekend stroll.
