Just finished a five-day stay at the InterContinental Wuxi, and I have to leave you a truly positive review for this wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was incredibly satisfying.

First and foremost, the hotel's ambiance and facilities are impeccable. The lobby is magnificent, and my room was spotlessly clean, with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest every day. The entire hotel is meticulously maintained, truly embodying five-star standards.

But what impressed me most, and I must commend them highly, was the meticulous service, especially from the front desk staff! Due to work, I had to receive a lot of takeout and deliveries during my stay, which was quite a hassle. They always had a smile on their faces and were very patient and helpful. Not only did they meticulously help me receive and store my belongings, they even proactively called my room to remind me. This thoughtfulness and initiative was incredibly heartwarming and heartwarming. Their professionalism and hospitality far exceeded my expectations for hotel service.

This stay made me feel more like a place to stay than just a temporary home, but a place where I could feel safe and at ease. A huge thank you to the front desk team and all the other staff; your dedication made my trip to Wuxi so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuxi, and I'll definitely choose the InterContinental Wuxi again!
