Hey guys, want to stay somewhere stylish and convenient in Xi'an? Hanami Yongning Tea Inn totally stole my heart! This designer guesthouse hidden by the South Gate City Wall blends tea culture with the ancient charm of Chang'an, staying here feels like stepping into a tranquil Japanese garden~
📍Location so good it makes you scream:
Exit at Yongningmen Station, Line 2, Exit C, and you’re right there! Just 5 minutes to Bell and Drum Towers, 15 minutes stroll to Muslim Quarter, and you can touch the city wall bricks as soon as you open the guesthouse door~ Downstairs is the Heshenghui shopping district, where you can shop, eat, and hang out all in one spot. At night, take a walk to enjoy the city wall’s night view—this location is truly unbeatable~
🏡Style is a collision of Zen and ancient charm:
White walls paired with natural wood furniture, a Japanese residence vibe mixed with the rustic feel of Chang'an. Tea canisters and green plants sit in the corners, and the air carries a faint tea fragrance~ The communal tea area feels amazing; sit down and brew some southern Shaanxi green tea, instantly calming the travel jitters~ Every photo you take has a built-in filter, effortlessly capturing a serene atmosphere~
🛏The rooms are cozy healing nooks:
The custom solid wood furniture feels incredible, and the 1.8-meter latex mattress is so soft you won’t want to get up! Some room types have a tea-drinking platform; brew a pot of tea and sit by the window, looking up at the city wall’s night view—it feels like traveling back to the flourishing Tang Dynasty~ Equipped with smart toilets and HD projectors, it’s comfortable and convenient, detail lovers will be very satisfied~
✨Service warms your heart:
The front desk is right by the elevator, always ready to help—super thoughtful~ Upon check-in, you get hot milk and a handwritten note, plus a Xi'an travel guide card that even marks the most authentic places for paomo (bread soaked in mutton soup)~ When checking out, the owner even gives you a bag of local tea leaves, who wouldn’t love that kind gesture!
🍜Surrounding food to savor:
Turn right downstairs and you’re at Lao Lan’s Paomo, an 8-minute walk to Xiaonanmen morning market, where spicy soup and cured beef sandwiches are so delicious you’ll want to stomp your feet~ Don’t miss the dumpling feast at Defachang across the street; while eating, plan where to explore next—this is the simple joy of Xi'an~
If you want a stay in Xi'an that’s flavorful and convenient, this place is definitely the right choice! Falling asleep to the scent of tea and the city wall—that’s the proper way to experience Xi'an~
