In Xiamen | The best trip is probably coming here to chill and relax~

A friend asked me why I love Xiamen,
I said: Cities with the sea are just more romantic...
So I’m back in Xiamen again!
This time, I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel Xiamen,
and overall, it was quite nice—a truly enjoyable holiday!

【Prime Location, Scenery Right Outside】
Just a 15-minute walk to Guanyinshan Beach, 10 minutes to the Convention and Exhibition Center, and half an hour to the airport—super convenient transportation. From the window, you can even see the under-construction Xiamen-Kinmen Bridge. Oh, and this is also the 100th Shangri-La Hotel in the world!

【Chibi Maruko-chan Themed Room】
This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home for us Chibi Maruko-chan girls! Maruko-chan truly grew up with our generation, and the room is filled with adorable Maruko-themed details. Oh, and the Egyptian-themed family room is also fantastic! Perfect for family trips—let’s go! The room even had welcome fruits and a handwritten card. The 180° floor-to-ceiling windows "bring the sea" right into the room, so you can watch the sunrise without even leaving your bed!

【Foodie’s Delight】
• Fu Gang Xuan Chinese Restaurant: Super stylish Hong Kong vibe, serving Fujian cuisine, seafood, Cantonese dishes, and even old Beijing-style roast duck by Master Yuan!
• The Market All-Day Dining: Dining with a sea view is amazing! Breakfast features satay noodles and peanut soup, while lunch and dinner offer Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, M3 Wagyu beef, lamb chops—a perfect blend of East and West for ultimate satisfaction.

【Fun for All】
The hotel’s basement level has a kids’ playground, gym, and pool—everything you need! Kids have a blast, and adults get to enjoy a wonderful holiday too. The afternoon tea at the Horizon Club on the fourth floor is so relaxing, and the outdoor balcony lets you sip tea while listening to the waves—pure bliss!

Shangri-La Xiamen truly gave us so many surprises. Next time I’m in Xiamen, I’m staying here again~
