Shanghaizi (Shanghaizi) @ Changpinggou Four Maidens Mountain

Shanghaizi (上海子) or Upper Ganaizi is another nature spot on the Changpinggou hiking trail.

This spot is about 7 kilometers away from the Lama Temple (which is the starting point of the hike). The first ~ 6 kilometers is a wooden walkway, and the remaining ~ 1 kilometer is a dirt path.

Along the way, there are various beautiful natures, such as high mountain peaks that are clearly visible on clear days, streams, pine forests, and trees that start to change colors in October. It is very beautiful.

💰Average price per person: Park entrance ticket 70 CNY + Park shuttle bus 20 CNY

2) The hiking trail is easy, and the facilities in the park are very well managed.

-Chongchongjiao Waterfall (~1.5 km)
- Kushutan (~3.2 km)
- Lower Ganaizi (~6 km)
- Upper Ganaizi (~7 km)
- Muluozi (~10 km)

2) You should prepare drinking water, trekking poles, sneakers, hats and sunglasses, and clothes suitable for the weather in each season
3) You should prepare your body to avoid AMS
