Our dinner at this fantastic hot pot restaurant near the Viewing Platform in Xijiang Thousand Household Miao Village was an absolute delight! We fell in love with their Guizhou-style steamboat,featuring a broth that was perfectly spicy and sour,so appetizing that we couldn’t stop sipping it between bites. The beef was incredibly fresh,and the portions were generous yet reasonably priced,making every mouthful satisfying. The side dishes were equally delicious, adding even more depth to the meal. What truly stood out was the excellent service-the staff was so welcoming that they even surprised us with complimentary drinks and beer!Between the flavorful food, hearty portions, and warm hospitality, this spot is a must-visit for anyone exploring the village.
