Xinjiang Yili Small Loop Accommodation Recommendations

In June, I traveled around Xinjiang's Yili region and would like to share my accommodation experiences from the trip. This is just an introduction—you can refer to my reviews for more details.

Urumqi - Dushanzi - Nalati - Tekes - Kalajun - Yining - Huocheng Huanghuang Village - Sayram Lake - Urumqi

Urumqi:
1. Urumqi Pushe Qinyuan Hotel (Images 2-3)
2. Urumqi Atour Hotel (South Lake People's Square Branch) (Images 4-5)
Both hotels in Urumqi are highly recommended—great breakfast and excellent locations!

Dushanzi (Images 6-7):
Xigema International Hotel
Excellent in all aspects, though breakfast can get crowded with tour groups—just time it right.

Nalati (Images 8-9):
Nalati Suxin No.1 Hotel
Personally disliked this one—mediocre facilities, only decent breakfast, not close to Nalati's entrance. Pretty courtyard but poor value.

Tekes (Images 10-11):
Tekes Hengtong International Hotel
Good facilities with complimentary drinks/water in rooms. Overconfident about their pricey breakfast (¥128/person)—varied but excessive for morning meal.

Kalajun (Images 12-13):
Kalajun Hanhai Starry Sky Camp
Exceeded expectations! Stay inside the scenic area with stellar views from your room—worth overlooking the subpar breakfast.

Yining (Images 14-15):
Yining Yili Hotel
Spacious garden hotel—booked a modern triple room with ample space. The property itself is worth exploring.

Huanghuang Village (Images 16-17):
Huanghuang Manor
Only flaw was weak shower water pressure. Friendly service and boxed breakfast hit the spot! Still deducting points for the shower issue.

Sayram Lake (Images 18-19):
Central Asia Quanna Hotel
Another shower problem—electric heater too slow. Water flow was fine but took ages to warm up (had staff check at midnight). Proximity to Sayram Lake is its advantage.
