Brother Hao Guangjun provided excellent service; he always arrived at the pick-up/drop-off point early. His driving skills are superb; he's familiar with both mountainous and urban areas and gave us wonderful explanations along the way. This Trip.com private tour refreshed my view on travel. From the moment we started planning the itinerary before departure, their team was incredibly diligent and responsible. During the trip, they also sent introductions and maps of scenic spots daily, along with suitable activities and routes, which was very convenient and reassuring. I'm already looking forward to the next trip and will choose Trip.com private tours again, as they are very convenient for those traveling with seniors and children.
