Trips Around Wuhan｜Just Checked Out of a Fun Family Trip in the Mountains

Just a 3-hour drive from Wuhan, you can enjoy a fun family trip in the mountains! The kids didn't want to go home! They're still working on the second phase! Can't wait 😍 We'll go again in the summer...

We had a full schedule for our 3-day, 2-night trip!
Here's what we did 👀
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏
📍Drive: Xiushui Hot Spring Town (2–3 hours from Wuhan)
We left Wuhan (Hankou) and arrived at Xiushui Xiuriver Hot Spring Resort after about 3 hours. We checked in at the reception center.
After dinner, we took a short break, and the kids couldn't wait to play in the water, so we headed straight to the water park and hot springs. The indoor heated wave pool and water park were so much fun! You can also swim in the outdoor infinity pool and soak in the hot springs ♨️. The different hot spring pools are so relaxing!

𝐃𝐚𝐲𝟐
Breakfast is served from 7:30–10:00
This is perfect for us with kids! We can sleep in and still have breakfast~
We had a blast at Luming Valley
✔️The rides include a roller coaster, bumper cars, pirate ship, swings, carousel, and more.
✔️Ice and Snow World: There are slides, igloos, a train, and more! If you want to stay longer in the summer, remember to bring some thick pants~
✔️Petting Zoo: Squirrels, alpacas, parrots, and more! You can interact with them all.
You can also visit Luming Valley at night after dinner. The fountains are beautiful!

𝐃𝐚𝐲𝟑
We slept in again and took the kids to the mountain-top park. The rainbow slide, reindeer slide, and other non-powered rides are so much fun~
We went back to our room and checked out before 12:00!

🍳Food
There are banquet halls and Xiuriver Farmhouse, which are delicious and affordable~
The portions are generous, so don't order too much!
There's also a revolving restaurant, Chinese restaurant, late-night snacks, and more!
🏠Accommodation
We booked a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids. It was very comfortable, with mineral water, a washing machine, a fridge, and a kitchen! It's perfect for families with kids! You can throw your clothes in the washing machine, and there's a big supermarket right outside!
🚗Transport
You can drive around the town or call the hotel to book a shuttle in advance. You can go anywhere you want!

It's so nice to take the kids here! The kids didn't want to go home, and neither did we. You can enjoy a fun family trip in the mountains...
