New discovery for family trips in Guilin! Two days and one night living in a riverside painting, the kids played wildly while I relaxed~

Everyone says "Guilin's landscape is the best under heaven." After touring Yangshuo's Ten-Mile Gallery with the kids, we headed to Guilin, and the surprises did not disappoint!
🏡 What’s it like to stay inside a landscape painting?
This time we chose a newly opened hotel by the Li River (I was worried about the new place settling in, but it turned out amazing!)
🎈 Kids’ happy planet: The kids’ room completely conquered the little monsters! Rocking horse, building blocks table, small tent, and even a slide! The two kids ran wild as soon as they entered, laughing nonstop.
🎈 Adults’ relaxation moment: While the kids entertained themselves, we brewed some tea and sat by the window to enjoy the river view. Outside the window, lush greenery with no city noise, it felt like living in a forest oxygen bar—so healing!

😘 Kids’ toiletries, step stools, small slippers, toilet seat covers—all provided. The kids said, "It’s as comfortable as home."

✨ The rooftop terrace offers an excellent view, with the Li River landscape unfolding like a painting—worth it!

🚶 Two days and one night to easily explore Guilin:
DAY 1:
Arrive and check in ➡️ Guihai Qinglan (20-minute drive): Huge lawn and art installations, kids ran and played happily, great for photos!
Dinner: There are specialty private dishes near the hotel!
DAY 2:
✅ Elephant Trunk Hill (10-minute drive): A landmark from textbooks that you must check out! Take the kids to find the "elephant’s" trunk.
✅ Sun and Moon Twin Towers: Scenic by day, reportedly even more beautiful at night (we didn’t have time to wait).
✅ Pedestrian Street: Stroll, eat, and buy some souvenirs.

1. The hotel location is very convenient! 20 minutes to Guihai Qinglan, less than 10 minutes to Elephant Trunk Hill and other city attractions.

3. The front desk staff was very patient and gave practical tips at check-in!
4. Self-service laundry room available, a must-have for families with kids!
