I would like to recommend this small city near Taipei~ First of all, the name of this place is Yamagata Kaku Hotel. It is a great city that can be reached in about 1 hour and 30 minutes by rental car or public transportation from Taipei. After checking in, it feels like home, comfortable, the view is good, it is not too crowded or too many Koreans, it is very comfortable, and there are not many tourists~ And there are various foods and things to enjoy around. The lighting, the softness of the bed, and the pillows are all perfect~ And the soundproofing is good, so you can't hear the road noise or the hallway noise at all, which is also an advantage of this hotel~ When you think of independent travel in Taiwan, you can only think of Taipei~ But there are so many good places other than Taipei~ The representative small city is Jiaoxi. The place you see in the photo is the private hot spring facility of Yamagata Kaku Hotel~ In fact, I understand that the hot spring facility of Banyan Tree Hotel or other hotels that cost 1 million won per night~ Here, you can enjoy private hot spring facilities at an affordable price, so I think it's great for reasonably, privately, and hygienically enjoying hot springs. The bathroom/hot spring facility has marble walls, which is also great, and there are low chairs where you can sit on the floor for a while after enjoying the hot springs. Jiaoxi is famous for its hot spring water. You've probably heard a lot about hot springs being good during your independent travels in Taiwan, but Jiaoxi's hot springs are especially good. They're soft and colorless and odorless.
