"Wufengqi Waterfall" is a very famous scenic spot in Jiaoxi, Yilan. There are five mountains lined up behind the waterfall, which looks very much like the big triangular flags in Chinese opera, so it is named "Wufengqi".
Wufengqi Waterfall is about 270 meters to 120 meters high and is divided into three layers: upper, middle and lower. It is really recommended that you prepare enough physical strength before coming and be sure to memorize all three layers in your mind! Otherwise, you should at least climb to the second level of the waterfall, where there is a "waterfall viewing pavilion" for viewing and feeling the majestic momentum of the waterfall up close.
For those who are prepared to go in the water, you can get close to the waterfall, take a deep breath, and enjoy the free and abundant "air vitamins" - negative ions!
Before entering Wufengqi Waterfall, there is the now very popular "Daishui Hot Spring", which was built by Mao Senjiang's team using exposed concrete construction. The architect used the exposed concrete construction method he is good at as the basis, supplemented by solid wood such as cypress, to perfectly combine the natural scenery with its architecture. Even if you can't stay there, you can still appreciate it!
