[Introduction]: Chateau Changyu, located in Ningxia, is a first-class comprehensive wine estate. The wine here is famous. It is dry and rainy all year round, but there is plenty of sunshine. Yinchuan Saishang Jiangnan has enough water for irrigation, and the sandy soil is very breathable and suitable for growing grapes. Many famous Cabernet Sauvignon red wines are produced here.
🛬【Itinerary】: When you step into the winery, the main building that comes into view is beautifully designed in Byzantine style. The fountain C at the entrance is designed with a sculpture of a graceful woman holding a pottery jar, which has clear layers and a magnificent appearance. The water and sculpture art are integrated and make each other shine.
The first floor is the reception hall; the second floor is the wine museum; the third floor is the multi-functional area; the underground floor is the wine cellar and VIP tasting room.
The ticket includes two wine tastings. I chose a sweet white wine and a Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine. I prefer the sweet white wine, which has a strong fruity aroma, while the dry red wine has a sweeter taste. Before leaving, each of us was given a glass of brandy, which had a particularly strong flavor.
