The Little Town Of Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta is a place located on the Indonesian island of Java and is popular among its olden historic heritage and the many javanese dances and also you will be able to see the simplicity of life.
There are also several shopping areas here, but don't expect big shopping malls but it's more of shopping street with individual stores. One of the place that you should go is Jalan Malioboro which is also like a neighbourhood mall for both locals and foreigners, around here you will also be able to find good javanese coffee and cafes but for us, we prefer the traditional Indonesian food and maybe even trying out the small stalls by the side of the road, these are stalls that makes you be in the shoes of the locals!
