Great place for taking fresh air near to ocean. Has large green space for kids to have fun around. You can bring your matt and small tent to relax. Good place for jogging. I have seen some people fishing as well. The parking lot could be cheaper. 30 min 250 yen. Really nice and quiet park. Its hidden away so not many visit here unless you really know the area or just walking around.
