With rose gardens and historical buildings scattered around, you can enjoy seasonal flowers and beautiful night views, making it the perfect place for sightseeing and strolling.
🌸 What to see and how to enjoy
1. Spectacular view from the observation deck
The observation deck near the center of the park is a popular spot where you can see Yokohama Port and the Bay Bridge. You can enjoy different views depending on the time of day, such as the contrast between the blue sky and the sea during the day, the romantic atmosphere at dusk, and the beauty of the night view.
2. Famous rose spots
There are about 800 roses of about 150 varieties planted in the park, and the "English Rose Garden," "Fragrance Garden," and "Rose and Cascade Garden" are particularly noteworthy. The best time to see the roses is in spring (mid-May to early June) and autumn (mid-October to early November), when you can enjoy the colorful flowers and their fragrance.
