Que is a Western-Japanese restaurant specializing in fusion cuisine. It has branches in many places. I recently visited the newest branch in YOHO, Yuen Long. The dinner set for two is $438, which includes appetizer, main course, pasta and dessert. Moreover, many of the Western-Japanese fusion dishes are unique.
𓇬 Crispy Rice Paper Spicy Salmon Salsa
New signature dish. The freshness of the salmon and the spiciness of the salsa create a delicious taste, which is definitely an appetizer.
𓇬 Garlic Yuzu Pepper Clam Spaghetti
The sweet and fresh clam meat is paired with refreshing pasta, and the garlic-flavored yuzu pepper seasoning is refreshing and flavorful, with a perfect balance.
𓇬 Roast Spring Chicken
The roasted spring chicken has crispy skin and tender meat, and is cooked just right, so the juicy meat flows out when you bite it. Served with mustard mashed potatoes, it has a soft and smooth taste.
𓇬 Kyoto Uji Matcha Ice Cream Cone
For dessert, I ordered the signature Uji Matcha cone, which looked very pretty. It also comes with a fragrant matcha sauce, which not only adds a sense of ritual but also makes the taste richer.
𓇬 Eel and Egg Sushi Taco +$48
The sushi tower is a must-order here, and it comes in several flavors.
The plump eel is paired with tamagoyaki and topped with crispy seaweed taco, which adds a layer of flavor.
The restaurant has a semi-open layout, and since the mall is pet-friendly, we saw many cute furry pets. The restaurant happens to use cats as the main decoration, which complements the furry friends. It is a first-class experience to dine in such a lovely and warm environment and enjoy the unique dishes.
