A Michelin-rated noodle and congee restaurant for many consecutive years

In the early days, it was just a small shop in Shau Kei Wan, and became famous for its delicious porridge and noodles. Reliable quickly became successful. After being acquired by the group, it has had more branches and its food has started to diversify. That night, we were a group of four and visited the restaurant again after a few years. We didn't have any expectations because the reviews online were not very good, but we were pleasantly surprised. The overall taste is pretty good. The beef porridge is served with rice rolls or rice dumplings, which is filling and delicious. The porridge base is smooth and dense, not too thick and highly recommended. It feels healthy and maintains quality.
