Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – A Must-Visit Gem in Lijiang, Yunnan

One of the highlights of my Yunnan trip was visiting Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, just outside of Lijiang. With its snow-covered peaks, dramatic glacier views, and crystal-clear sky, it’s truly one of the most stunning natural attractions in China.

I booked a tour package through Trip.com, which included transportation, entrance ticket, and cable car ride. This was super convenient — tickets to the mountain often sell out, especially during peak seasons or weekends, so booking in advance made everything smooth and stress-free.

The cable car ride up was breathtaking, and once at the top, I got to enjoy panoramic views and even snow in summer! Oxygen canisters are available too if you need them due to the altitude.

If you’re visiting Lijiang, don’t miss this unforgettable experience — and I highly recommend getting a tour package early to secure your spot!
