Must visit in Zhangjiajie!

If you travel to Zhangjiajie, chances are this park is on your list of places. This is a great place to spend the day which you can enjoy and also get at least 10,000 steps. I went solo and it was great. It’s a nature lovers paradise but be prepared for the crowd 😪. I booked the Route B package and that is a bus ride from the office in the city to the base of the mountain where you take the express ropeway up. Once you arrive go ahead and start exploring BUT… MAKE SURE TO GET A TICKET FOR THE ROPEWAY DOWN!!!! To avoid hours of waiting to go down, this is the first thing you should do if you purchased the Route B package. I had to wait over 5 hours after exploring to go back down into the city because I did not know about this. Overall, great experience excluding the wait time. Stayed at the Tian Men Shan Qian Hotel which is within walking distance of the office, decent hotel, big room, welcome snacks, definitely recommend.
