Standing proudly on the eastern shore of Xiliu Lake, Qingyun Pavilion (晴云阁) is the tallest structure within the entire park — reaching 45 meters, it even surpasses the iconic Xuanyuan Pavilion at Zhengzhou Garden Expo by 5.81 meters. Built in the graceful Song Dynasty architectural style, this striking tower began construction in June 2020, designed by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design.
