The Itamae-style cuisine is served in a comfortable environment with fresh ingredients (lobster, abalone and other ingredients are alive). The dishes are presented in a low-key and luxurious Japanese style. The dining environment is quite warm and comfortable, and the decoration follows a similar Japanese warm color style, with fewer glass windows facing the outside. Each seat also maintains enough space to retain a certain degree of privacy and personal space for the diners. During the entire dining process, the indoor air is maintained quite fresh, without the smell of oil smoke from open cooking, which is quite amazing.
