Originally established in 1838 by Johannes Baur as the city’s oldest luxury hotel, it has been meticulously restored after 185 years to revive its former grandeur.

Elevating Zurich’s signature architectural elegance, the redesign plays with shades of gray and structural lines to craft refined spatial sequences. Original limestone features, monumental staircases, and artisanal woodwork are seamlessly woven into the contemporary design, creating fluid transitions between the lobby and the vibrant urban landscape outside.
