In fact, it is not recommended that you fly directly to the high-altitude airport, the first time you go, there will be a situation of high reaction, and the weather on the plateau changes rapidly, the temperature is very unstable, and it is often easy to cancel late. But we really don't have time, so we have no choice but to save time with airplanes. If you have time, it is recommended to charter a car from Chengdu or drive to Daocheng, about two days on the road, after all, the scenery of western Sichuan in autumn is nostalgic, and at the same time, you can slowly adapt to the high reaction.

Daocheng Airport
Before Aden Airport opened to traffic, It takes at least two days to travel from Chengdu, Sichuan to Aden. After the airport opened to traffic, this time was shortened to 1 hour.

The must-visit attractions in Daocheng Aden Scenic Area include Chonggu Temple, Luorong Cattle Farm, Milk Sea, etc., and you can enjoy the three sacred mountains of Daocheng Aden (Xiannai Ri, Xiano Dorji, and Yangmaiyong) along the way. If divided according to the region, it can be divided into several major plates: Chonggu District, Pearl Sea District, Luorong Cattle Farm District, Core Area and Unopened Area.
Daocheng Aden is a very large attraction, starting from the Aden Scenic Area Tourist Service Center, Take the scenic tourist bus to turn around on the winding mountain highway for nearly 1-1.5 hours to reach the transfer station - Zhaguanbeng.
Walk to Chonggu District, choose to go to the Pearl Sea Area in Chonggu District, play a short line, about 3 hours round trip.
Or, continue to take the battery car up to the Luorong Cattle Farm area, from the Luorong Cattle Farm to the five-color sea milk sea is a walk, after reaching the milk sea, the whole scenic spot is completed, return the same way, this is a long line, about 7-8 hours round trip.

1. Riwa Town - Zha Guan Beng - Chonggu Temple - Luorong Cattle Farm - Milk Sea - Five-Color Sea - Return
Thisroute is a long line, it is recommended to take a battery car from Chonggu Temple to Luorong Cattle Farm by battery car and back. If you want to ride a horse to the Milk Sea in Luorong Cattle Farm, please choose carefully, because the horse ride is not directly to the Milk Sea, but will save you about an hour of travel, and it will be cut off at the following places. If you want to continue to climb the Milk Sea in the future, you have to continue climbing the mountain, and it will take about 2 hours to climb to the Milk Sea here.
2. Riwa Town - Zhaguan Beng - Chonggu Temple - Pearl Sea (sightseeing bus only goes to Zhaguan Beng) - The return
route is a short route, the whole plank road, which is much easier to walk than the long line.

It is
recommended to play the long line Be sure to take the morning, especially during the 11th Golden Week, if you are late, there will be a lot of people. We took a short shuttle from Aden Village to Zhaguanbeng, the main transfer center.
Chonggu Temple
Walking from Zha Guan Collapse to Chonggu Temple, I was lucky today and could see the spire of Xiannai Rijin Mountain.
After changing from Chonggu Temple to a scenic battery car, go all the way up to Luorong Cattle Farm, and officially hike from Luorong Cattle Farm to the Milk Sea at about nine o'clock.
Luorong Cattle Farm
Luorong Cattle Farm can see three sacred mountains standing under the blue sky and white clouds, protecting everything in the cattle farm. The Gongga River flows through the pastures, the forests are lush, the streams are gurgling, and from time to time you can see cattle and sheep drinking water by the river. It is also an ideal location to see the three sacred mountains of Aden. Here, you can clearly appreciate the charm and magnificence of the sacred mountain.
Kamiyama Yang Maiyong
The first thing I saw was Yang Maiyong, and it can be seen from the photo that the weather at nine o'clock in the morning is still not fully lit. The ice and jade are proud between heaven and earth, and between the wide canyons surrounded by mountains, forests, grasslands, and streams are harmonious.
The
road from Luorong Cattle Farm to Milk Sea is nearly 5 kilometers, the whole process is uphill, and many places are dirt roads that are very difficult to walk. It takes six hours to go up and down the trip. The scenery is picturesque all the way, changing the angle to see the sacred mountain, the weather is clear, and the sacred mountain is unobstructed.
Along the way you want to know how long you have been walking, you can see the toilet, basically a toilet is 500 meters away. The 500 meters here refers to the realization distance, the mountain road is rugged, and the actual distance is much greater than 500 meters.
It is recommended to go to the Milk Sea first, and then to the Five Colors Sea
When you get here, there will be two forks, one basically straight up and one forward. Remember, you must choose the way forward, first to the milk sea and then detour to the five-color sea, and come down from the five-color sea.
Go straight forward, not up.
Of course, if you are confident enough in your physical strength, then you can challenge the straight upward road, which many passers-by commented on" Climb directly up to get out of breath." Choose the path up, then you will first go to the Sea of Five Colors and then go back to the Sea of Milk.
Milk Sea
After arriving at the Milk Sea, the blue milk sea resembles the tears of the blue earth dotting the snow-capped peaks. It is the first of the three sacred lakes in Aden. From a distance, there is a clear and crystal light blue lake, which is called the "Milk Sea" because of the surrounding white sand and stones. Between the blue sky and white clouds and snow-capped mountains, a blue turquoise sea is like a piece of jadeite left in the world.
Five-colored sea
From the right side of the Milk Sea, go up for about 100 meters to reach the highest point of this migration - the Five Colors Sea,
Looking back, you can see the Milk Sea in the mountains.
The five-colored sea is refrracted by sunlight to show a multicolorful fantasy color. Stand at the highest point of 4,600 meters above sea level in the five-colored sea, and enjoy the sacred lake of the sacred mountain from different angles.
After we took a short rest in the five-colored sea, we returned to Aden Village the same way and ended our long journey. From leaving Aden Village at 8 o'clock to returning to Aden Village at 5 p.m., it takes 9 hours back and forth, walking around and taking photos, and there is plenty of time.

Xiannai Ri means "Guanyin Bodhisattva" and is one of the top ten most beautiful and shocking mountains in China. After yesterday's long term, the short term is a piece of cake. Today's itinerary is relatively easy, taking a short shuttle from Aden Village to Zhaguanbeng, and walking from Zaguanbeng to Chonggu Temple. Today, the peak of Xian Nai Ri is shrouded in thick fog, and if you want to witness the mountain peak, you have to rely on luck, but we don't seem to have a big fate with Xian Nai Ri.
Xiannai Ri
If you climb up the mountain road next to Okikoji Temple, you can see the sacred mountain up close.
The
majestic Xiannai Ri Snow Mountain plunges into the sky, and the pearl lake below reflects the majestic snow-capped mountains.
The Pearl Sea is called "Dolma Latso" in Tibetan, and it is a sea formed by the melting snow on the day of Xiannai. It is also an ideal location for photographing the reflection of the sunset and the sunset.The sea of pearls in the dense forest is like an emerald embedded on the lotus throne, rippling with blue waves and infinite beauty in the sparkling waves. The calm surface of the lake reflects the figure of the sacred mountain, the floating white clouds, and the colorful vegetation of the forest, which is dazzling. It is not very amazing up close, the clear emerald lake, with the majestic Xiannai Ri Sacred Mountain in the background, it becomes magnificent and spectacular.

hours round trip is enough for a short flight, and I personally think the scenery is slightly inferior to the long line. If you only have one day to visit Aden Scenic Area, then please choose to take the long line without a doubt.
At
about two o'clock in the afternoon, take a sightseeing bus down the mountain from Aden Village to the exit of the scenic spot, and there is a bus at the exit that runs directly to Riwa Town. Check in to the Zhiva Town Hotel.
Tickets for the scenic spot can be booked in advance on the official account and purchased with real name. Sightseeing tickets can be purchased together on the day.
Daocheng Yading Scenic Area ticket: 150 yuan/person (tickets are limited to 3 days).
Sightseeing car price: 120 yuan/person, the gate of the scenic spot to Zhaquanbeng (sightseeing bus drop-off point) is very, very far, the sightseeing car takes nearly an hour to drive, so it is still recommended to buy.
Battery car (single/double): 50/80 yuan/car, there is nearly seven kilometers from Chonggu Temple to Luorong Cattle Farm, but there are also plank road arch tourists on foot, the scenery is not bad, small bridges and flowing water, green trees, snow-capped mountains.
Horseback riding: 300 yuan/person one-way, round-trip 500 yuan/person. If you want to ride a horse to the Milk Sea in Luorong Cattle Farm, please choose carefully, because the horse ride is not directly to the Milk Sea, but will save you about an hour of travel, and it will be cut off at the following places. If you want to continue to climb the Milk Sea in the future, you have to continue climbing the mountain, and it will take about 2 hours to climb to the Milk Sea here.
Daocheng Aden Scenic Area has 3 accommodation options, Daocheng County, Shangri-La Town, Aden Village.
Daocheng County: 3,700 meters above sea level, 80 kilometers away from the scenic spot, not very convenient;
Riwa Town, also known as Shangri-La Town: 2900 meters above sea level, located at the foot of the scenic spot, 10 minutes' drive from the scenic spot, close to the scenic spot, suitable for rest;
Aden Village: 4,000 meters above sea level, located inside the scenic spot, less suitable for rest, and the accommodation cost is higher, but it is very suitable for watching the starry sky and is the closest to the scenic spot.
Combined with the experience of this trip, it is recommended that friends who come to Aden for the first time should stay in Zhiwa Town for the whole journey to get enough rest. The accommodation conditions in Aden Village cannot be compared with those of Riwa Town, and can only meet the basic accommodation conditions, and the temperature in Aden Village at night is low, the oxygen content is lower, and the high temperature at night will be more serious than during the day.
We stayed for 2 nights in Aden Village, 1 night in Zhiwa Town, and stayed in Shiwa Town for one night, and we felt like we had returned to heaven from hell, and we slept very soundly that night.

Red Grassland
Red Grassland is located in Sandui Township, northern Daocheng County, 28 kilometers away from the county seat, 50 meters west of Provincial Highway 216 in Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
The red grass begins to slowly turn red at the beginning of October every year, and is the most gorgeous from October 15th to 20th. After this time, the red grass turned into a withered yellow.
Scattered houses among the rolling mountains in the distance, this is the mulberry mound. Sangdui is a typical Tibetan village with beautiful scenery.
Inagi White Pagoda
It is the only park in the Kangnan area, and it is unique in the world built with the theme of the supreme and holy white pagoda in the hearts of Tibetan compatriots, which is very rare. On the way from Litang to Daocheng, you can see this white pagoda, it has a total of five floors, and there is a huge white pagoda in the middle of the highest floor, surrounded by 108 small white pagodas, large and small, like stars holding the moon around the big white pagoda, which is quite spectacular. It is also a little mysterious and solemn under the soaking of Tibetan culture. Admission is free.
Daocheng Aden is a high-altitude Tibetan area, and before entering the Tibetan area, you must first ensure sleep and rest, and you can take certain drugs to relieve altitude sickness in advance, such as rhodiola. It is recommended to enter with caution if you have symptoms such as high blood pressure, heart disease, cor pulmonale, and cerebral hemorrhage.
High anti-symptoms
Daocheng Aden belongs to the plateau area, with a maximum altitude of 6,032 meters, a minimum altitude of 2,000 meters, a vertical height difference of 4,032 meters, and an altitude of 3,750 meters in the county. For friends who are going to the plateau for the first time, there may be symptoms of altitude sickness. In sports, such as climbing mountains, the high reaction will be more serious.
Symptoms of altitude sickness: dizziness, headache, tinnitus, dizziness, weakness of limbs, nausea, vomiting, palpitations, shortness of breath, rapid inhalation, rapid and weak heartbeat, confusion, dilated pupils, confusion, difficulty breathing, etc.

4. The temperature difference between day and night in Aden is large, if you come to Aden in western Sichuan in October, you must do enough warmth work, down jackets, jackets, warm underwear, hats, gloves, warm babies and other cold supplies are indispensable.
