came to Chengdu for work in 2021, and every weekend, I would think about visiting Chengdu with my friends. Over the past year, I have gradually become familiar with the city.

In January this year, I played twice around Chengdu. Once I visited Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain + Chengdu City, and the other time I went to Mount Emei (it coincided with the snow in Chengdu, and Mount Emei was also a good scenery)

Both

trips were self-driving tours. In December 2021, a hi second-hand car business was launched, and a friend happened to work in a hi store, so I took advantage of the weekend to take a look.

I originally planned to buy a car in June and July last year, but it was delayed due to various problems. Unexpectedly, I successfully bought my first car in December. Although it is a second-hand car, the car is in super good condition, the key is that it is cheap and drives very smoothly.

1-2 day trip

Let's record the two-day trip on New Year's Day first, because I live in Chengdu, and the accommodation is back to the dormitory on the same day, and the food and drink cost almost nothing. Before you set off in the morning, you will bring a day's snacks, so that you can play all kinds of things throughout the day without even wasting much time eating.

The first day's itinerary is mainly Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain, and the second day is in the city, including Du Fu thatched cottage, koi, Wuhou Temple and so on. The third day is to stay at home all day to prepare for the next work.

In addition to the tickets, there are also some fees involved in Dujiangyan. For example, battery cars, escalators, etc.

Similarly, Qingcheng Mountain can also be purchased additionally for cable car tickets, battery tickets, etc.

In order to have as much time as possible to visit these attractions, we set off early. When I arrived at the scenic spot, I first took a picture of the attraction introduction and the distribution map of the scenic spot, so that I could better plan the route when I traveled next.

In fact, it is still very nervous to visit Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain in one day. Therefore, we hardly took many photos throughout the whole process, and we were exploding all the way. There are so many people here in Qingcheng Mountain that it looks like it's the peak tourist season.

If there are few people, it is highly recommended that you climb the mountain by yourself, the scenery of Qingcheng Mountain is really good. It took us more than three hours to climb from the foot of the mountain to Laojun Pavilion, which was the time when I had consumed the most physical strength in the past six months.

The so-called worship of the water capital river dam, ask about Qingcheng Mountain. I visited two attractions at once, and I was very happy.

After arriving at Qingcheng Mountain, of course, I have to go to see all the primordial gods. Although I don't understand it at all, there are names on it. We watched Dongyue the Great, Zhang Tianshi, Taishang Laojun and so on. I only know the Supreme Laojun in this.

I told my colleagues that every time I visit this kind of Taoist or Buddhist holy place, I always feel that it is mysterious, and I dare not say anything or walk on the road. It was already more than four o'clock when I came down from Qingcheng Mountain, and when I got home, I felt so tired that I collapsed. Even so, the next day I wandered around the city all day.

Day2 Travel in Chengdu

City I

got up very early the next day and looked at the early morning in the city, although it was only more than seven o'clock at that time, the whole city was already lively.

In the depths of winter, when you see the sun in the early morning, you will feel very warm in an instant.

This is the first time I visited Du Fu's thatched cottage, before coming, I thought it was just a small park, but I never expected that Du Fu's thatched cottage in the city would be so big. If you really want to walk around in it, it is estimated that you can walk around for four or five hours.

Take a look at the panorama of Du Fu's thatched cottage, which contains a lot of details.

There

are not many people in the scenic spot, so the view is very good. Obviously it is already winter, but Du Fu's thatched cottage is still vibrant, with a lot of green plants and a particularly beautiful scenery.

We also saw thatched houses, and many people came here to check in, but this thatched house must be a high-end version. Otherwise, after so many years of wind and rain, it would have been dilapidated.

Look at the river here, it is particularly clear and quiet, and the bamboo here is reflected on the lake.

In this way, we played here for about two hours and then went to the Wuhou Temple. Wuhou Temple and Du Fu thatched cottage are similar in nature. In my eyes, they are all park-type attractions.

Tickets to the Wuhou Temple are indeed slightly expensive, 50 yuan. However, the annual pass costs 100 yuan. I originally wanted to buy an annual pass, but then I thought about it, I might not be willing to take the initiative to play twice a year, so I simply bought a ticket for 50 yuan.

Many people think that the Wuhou Temple is a paid attraction, but this is not the case. Wuhou Temple also has a free area, but we want to go to paid attractions to see (including Han Zhaolie Temple, Huiling, Wuhou Temple, etc.).

There

are a lot of such inscriptions in the Wuhou Temple, and I wanted to take a closer look, but found that my reading speed was too low, so I just took some photos. I originally thought I would be able to take a closer look at these inscriptions when I got home, but it turned out that I didn't even look at the photos except for the moment when I was writing my travelogue.

I walked around the Wuhou Temple for about two hours, during which I found a place to sit when I was tired. Such a free stroll is different from the runaway on the first day, and this day obviously feels much more relaxed. We took some photos casually inside and went out, and went shopping in Jinli at night. I usually come to Jinli to play, so this is not a trip, but just to relax.

Encountering heavy snow on Mount Emei

heavy snowfall in Sichuan has caused the tourism industry here to suddenly recover for several days. The most intuitive feeling is: more people go to Mount Emei to play, and we are one of them.

Our trip to Mount Emei was arranged in the afternoon, and in order to see more of the scenery of Mount Emei, we even booked a homestay. There are many homestays around Mount Emei, and the scenery is very good. Before I arrived at Mount Emei, I saw super beautiful cedars. A friend in Chengdu said: The entire Sichuan people were dispatched just to see this rare heavy snow.

Look at the monkeys in Mount Emei, in fact, these monkeys are not afraid of people at all. Usually, there are pedestrians who give them a little food. If they are hungry, they will even grab food directly from pedestrians. Fortunately, we even encountered heavy snow on the way down. The snowflakes are floating and the scenery is very romantic. So, several people decisively took advantage of the heavy snow to take all kinds of photos.

The next day, we left Mount Emei and set off for Zigong.

There

is really too much Southern food. We arrived in a small village in Zigong, where there were sausages dried by residents. We really want to ask the farmers if these sausages are sold.

In addition to meat, there is also cabbage and fungi that I can't name, in short, it seems that everyone is very good at living.
