Of the six people in the group, four people were going to Dolma Latso, I and Miss Y, one of the four, decided to take this cuo as the goal that we could at least complete on this trip. On the way down, a guy who looked less than 30 years old and was panting up, asked me and Xiao Y how long it would take to see Dolma, and told him that he had to walk about 700 meters (700 meters of climbing the ladder on the plateau), he wanted to give up in an instant, and we persuaded him to continue climbing with the superiority of the people who had been there, and lamented that today's young people are afraid that their bodies will suffer a little, and they must be encouraged.

It is about three kilometers to the five-colored sea and is divided into three parts. The first part is a gentle slope; the second is the horse road, donkey friends can pay to ride horses; The third is the steep slope, which used to be carried by the Kangba man who sold his physical strength, but now the steep slope has been upgraded to a non-slip steel structure ladder, and the service of carrying people to the five-colored sea has been terminated, and the horse team of the service has finished early. This means going up today and relying entirely on yourself. The climb of the five-colored sea is more physical and willpower than Dolma Latso, and it is 4600 altitude. Along the way, donkey friends from all over the motherland, who encourage and support each other and inhale oxygen from time to time, stopped and rested more frequently. Xiao Y and I didn't take oxygen, and it was difficult to climb up slowly step by step, during which both of us wanted to give up several times, because the plateau was out of breath, chest tightness, leg fatigue and foot pain, too the body, Xiao L kept encouraging us, let us rest for a longer time, wait for the breath to calm down, and then set off, and said that we only need to walk to the horse gang and turn back.On the way, some of the donkey friends who had come down from the five-colored sea and took a relaxed and happy step, full of a sense of accomplishment, encouraged us to persevere, and arrived soon, and some assessed our slowness, saying that it might take two or three hours. After stopping for a while, we finally arrived at the bridal crossing, Xiao Y and I were relieved, rested, and asked each other, do you want to continue? Because I was resting, I suddenly felt that I could continue to challenge, and I said to her, if you go up, I will go up, she said.

Xiao L said, or you will turn back when you reach the steep slope. We agreed, and since we came, we would continue to see where the cooperation of body and perseverance could go. Little Y and I took three steps and stopped one step to set off for the next goal. Plateau mountaineering makes people feel the unbearable suffering of the body, and also urges people to have the perseverance to face difficulties and go up again, and laugh at themselves in the dimension of comfort, but they often have a lot of troubles and worries, and cannot truly unite knowledge and action and find the true nature of life. In your peaceful daily life, what is more bitter than not being able to breathe well? It turns out that plateau mountaineering is a practice that allows people to reflect on their own troubles in the dimension of comfort.
