My daughter graduated from elementary school, in order to give her an unforgettable graduation trip. So we decided to hike on Mount Emei and walk a mountain road that we had never traveled before to feel the fun of hiking.

We plan to climb from the foot of the mountain to the Golden Peak in 4 days, and then from the Golden Peak to the foot of the mountain. Because I have never walked through it, and I haven't read much about other friends' strategies, everything is done casually and thriftyly.

11 o'clock on August 11, 2022, a friend sent us to Wuxian at the foot of Mount Emei. Then we spent dozens of dollars for lunch in Wuxiangang, and we bought a bamboo pole per person very wisely. At 12 o'clock, we officially set off, and everyone was very active and powerful.

Tickets are purchased on the Emei Mountain Zhitu Travel website, Official activities: Sichuan and Chongqing household registration 18-59 years old half price 80 yuan, the rest is free. So the cost of this trip should not be large.

We checked the ticket at the foot of Qingyin Pavilion Mountain and entered the mountain, all the way to the sky, with green trees and the sound of water along the way. Although the temperature was as high as 35 degrees and the sweat was flowing, it didn't feel as hot as in the city.

After walking for 2 hours, everyone is in good shape.

Seeing a wide river, the river water is clear and cold, and it feels cool in an instant. So the friends immediately changed into slippers and jumped into the water to feel this wonderful moment.

It took a long time to reach the real Qingyin Pavilion, so Wuxiangang is still far away from Qingyin Pavilion.

Our end point is not here, so we will set off again after they have played for half an hour. Our next stop is the Eco Monkey Zone.

This is the favorite place of the little friends, although the clothes are soaked. The backpack on my back felt heavy, but I still rushed up non-stop.

staying in the monkey area for 20 minutes, our next stop was Hongchunping. Because we left late, we planned to stay at Xianfeng Temple at night, and the journey was relatively fast.

Hong Chunping has no photos, only ninety-nine turns, and the tea shed is all the way to the stairs, and I can't lift my feet. Find out how big the shadow area of the stairs is! Countless such ladders, if I didn't have the bamboo pole in my hand, I might have used my hands almost everywhere.

The pristine scenery along the way is beautiful. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Smell the fresh air and look at the green forest. Scream in the mountains, and the mountains on the opposite side will echo you. The most shouted is: Is there anyone?

We arrived at Xianfeng Temple at half past six in the evening. Because we came too late, there was only a general shop, charging per person, of course, the registrar said that this is a temple, there is no standard pricing, it depends on everyone's sincerity, there are 20, 30, 40, etc. We gave 40 because it was relatively shallow the first time, and it cost a total of 160 for 4 people. This price is really very civilian, but the conditions are not very good. But all we want is to be safe and clean.

Emei Mountain 8-person Chase Shop

Here I want to emphasize: if you have requirements for sleeping, you should book early. Because the temple does not accept reservations, the 2-, 3-, and 4-person rooms are booked by early visitors. We lived in a multi-person room, with seven, eight, or ten people, because everyone's schedule was different, and I didn't sleep all night that night. After a while, either this went out or that came in, and finally the meeting stopped, and then someone got up again. In addition to this, everything else is not bad, there is a public bathroom where you can take a hot bath (it is a paradise for people like us who are wet and dry and wet dozens of times), and there is a laundry room, where clothes can be dried in time after washing.

Vegetarian meals will be provided in the temple at night, 30 yuan/person, which is relatively expensive. Because I was too tired to eat, I didn't take a photo, anyway, I didn't think it was much. The above is breakfast: 20 yuan/person Get

up at 5 a.m. on August 12, 2022, and then wash up and pack up your things and go to the cafeteria for breakfast, because you can't afford to get up on the first day, you missed the opportunity to go to Jiulao Cave to watch the sunrise, and I heard that the sunrise that day was very beautiful. After eating, we looked at the watch, and at exactly 7 o'clock, we set off for our destination, Prince Ping. I looked at the map: We are 23 kilometers to Taiziping, and the pressure is not much.

Passing along the way: Yuxian Temple--- Jiulinggang --- Xixiang Pond

There are many snack bars along the way, and the owner has a very good attitude. But the price is relatively much more expensive, after all, people carry it from the foot of the mountain. Instant noodles 10 yuan/barrel, mineral water: 10 yuan/bottle, fried rice 20 yuan, fried noodles 15 yuan, especially fruits: the most expensive fruit I have ever bought: peaches 10 yuan/piece, plums 10 yuan/catty. When I first entered the mountain, there were 10 yuan and 3 pounds of plums, and I bought a bowl of fruit for 10 yuan. The main reason is that we can't carry it when we buy it, even if we are naked, we feel tired.

The elephant washing pool is actually a good scenery, because I am not very good at taking pictures and my mobile phone is not good. Therefore, the desire to take pictures is not strong.

We arrived at Leidongping at 1 o'clock at noon, a few kilometers away from our destination, Taiziping, so we headed towards Taiziping in one go.

The scenery along the way to Leidongping is still good, everyone should cherish it! Because when it comes to Leidongping, the commercialization is very serious, and there are too many people.

I met a few monkeys in the Leidongping parking lot and will grab the bag. And especially twist the caps......

At 3:30 p.m., we arrived at Taiziping, and at this moment our feet were no longer ours. And I am the more frustrated and brave I become, and the ring mirror here when I arrive at the temple is really bad! There is still only 50 yuan/person for the whole room, and the toilet is far away from the sleeping place, and there is only one bath, waiting in line. But you can soak your feet or something, if you have a cleanliness habit, forget it, everyone is using it.

I heard that there were meteors at night, but I couldn't see them anyway. But it's good to see the sky full of stars, at least I haven't seen the starry sky for a long time. Because we arrived at Taiziping very early, we booked a bunk and put down our backpacks to hike to the Golden Peak empty-handed. So at half past four, we marched towards the Golden Peak again. Mainly want to see the sunset, in fact, the sunset on the Golden Dome does not start until 7 o'clock, so you don't have to panic. It only takes 40 minutes to get to Jinding, and it only takes more than 20 minutes to half an hour if you go down the mountain. I feel that it is the best location, after all, the accommodation is cheap and close to the Golden Peak. If you want to stay at the Golden Peak, it costs 1,299 yuan a night. It was a ratio of heaven and earth.

Arrived at the Golden Peak at half past five, while waiting for the sunset. We witnessed the ever-changing sky of the golden dome, saw the rapid running and change of clouds, and also saw the so-called Buddha's light!

Wait until 7:30 in the evening, because the dark clouds cover the sun, so it is not a pity to only see a little sunset!

After 8 p.m., the snack points on the road were almost closed. So everyone still has to watch the time go down the mountain, or have dinner on the mountain before going down. Finally found a small shop, ate something casually and went back to the temple to sleep. If you want to burn incense and worship Buddha, you can buy it in a small shop and bring it with you, and the incense and wax are 10 yuan/column.

August 13, 2022: We got up at 4:40 and got ready to go to the Golden Peak to watch the sunrise.

On the way up the mountain, we solved breakfast by the way, black rice porridge, millet porridge, etc. 10 yuan/cup, and braised eggs 10 yuan/3, which are still acceptable prices. We arrived at the Golden Peak at 5:40, but it was already full of people, and we almost didn't squeeze in. If you want to get a good position, you have to do it earlier.

It is very cold in the mountains, and you have to wear a thin down jacket on such a hot day to the golden top. I brought a sweater myself, and I put all my clothes on my body, not too cold and resisted. My cousin couldn't do it, so she rented a thin down jacket for 20 yuan. If you are hiking, it is recommended not to bring your own, it is too difficult to carry. It's not as easy as spending 20 yuan to rent one.

It's a pity that there is no professional camera, and the mobile phone photography is also very poor. So what I saw was far more beautiful and spectacular than the picture I posted. However, due to the weather, today's sunrise was accompanied by a lot of dark clouds, and it didn't look as bright or golden. Sunrise, sunset, Buddha's light, and sea of clouds all depend on luck. So if you want to see the spectacular, you may have to stay a few more days.

After watching the sunrise, we hung out on the Golden Dome. I've been here many times, so it's not interesting. Sitting and watching the clouds in the sky change and then watch for a while also makes me aesthetically tired. Because I climbed the mountain for 2 days, my legs and stomach hurt so much that I couldn't stand it, and I didn't want to sit down when I stood up, and I didn't want to stand up when I sat down. Especially the shadow in my heart about the stairs, I feel fear when I see the stairs. I feel like I've used up all my courage for half my life. So the one who originally planned to go down from the Golden Peak also died. So we hiked from Jinding to Leidongping at half past 9--- took a sightseeing bus for 50 yuan/person--- and took a car home from the high-speed rail station!

On the day of the descent down the mountain, you can stay in the elephant washing pool, and if you have the physical strength, you can stay in the first hall or the resting place, which are temples but the conditions may also be common. It is better to go to Wannian Temple, but it can be tiring if the journey is too far. The next day to Wuxian Gang, such a perfect hike to Mount Emei was completed.
