Xiba Town in Wutongqiao District, Leshan City, southern Sichuan is such a place.

"Xiba Tofu" is really famous in the central Sichuan area of southern Sichuan, and everyone in the foodie group knows it. It is said that the cool water well under Lion Rock outside the town is the mystery of the invincible taste of Xiba tofu, which is very mysterious. Of course, the legend is good to listen to, not to take it seriously. If there is really natural favor, it must be the verdant green mountains and clear streams on this side. Go out in the morning and drive for three hours to arrive at Xiba at noon. It is located more than 20 kilometers downstream of the Leshan Giant Buddha in the Minjiang River, formerly known as "Xirong", and is an important ancient wharf on the Minjiang River below Leshan. However, when it comes to Xiba Ancient Town, its meaning is only historical memory, and the symbols representing the past era have long been blown away by the wind of time without a trace. Only "Xiba Tofu" has become one of the few living fossils in this ancient town.

Go straight to the "38 Hotel" that became a big hit on the Internet. Because there were only two of us, after the recommendation of the waiter, we chose "bear paw tofu" and "lantern tofu" from dozens of tofu dishes, most of the varieties could not be appreciated, or there were some regrets, which is the shortcoming of few people.

It really didn't disappoint us. Bear paw tofu is fish fragrant and spicy, heavy and fresh, rich Sichuan style. In particular, the square tofu cubes, which are twice as thick as those in Chengdu, have a tough and glutinous taste, supplemented by sweet and sour and spicy, and are indeed fresh and unique, living up to their reputation. Lantern tofu is actually a dumpling stuffed with tofu skin wrapped in small green onions and minced meat, fried and then braised, the method alone is special, the meat and coriander fragrant bean aroma are mixed, and the aroma is overflowing.

In

the afternoon, I settled at the Holiday Inn Express at the foot of Mount Emei, and I was here for the last company event, so I was familiar with it. After digestion and adjustment, I took a bus into the city of Emei Mountain in the evening and came to the very famous "Stir Three Stir Tofu Brain" shop for dinner.

The tofu brain in Mount Emei is famous far and wide, and several stores such as "East Gate" and "Stir Three Stirs" are its leaders.Naturally, we want the most famous ones: ice powder, tofu brain, crack cakes and noodles. 3. Fresh ice powder mash is rich, sweet and refreshing; The beef tofu brain is crispy and tender, fresh and fragrant, and it turns into slag in the mouth. 2. Luo Mu

got up early, the sun was shining, after breakfast, I made a cup of coffee on the balcony, and I spent time with an idle book. Wake up near noon and go to Luomu Ancient Town, 10 kilometers away, to find food and hang out to pass the afternoon.

The discovery of Ramu was purely accidental. Because the last time I came here, I saw the guide road sign on the street, and I knew where this one was. After going back and doing a little homework, I realized that the origin of Luomu Ancient Town is not simple.

Luomu Ancient Town, also known as Qinglong Field, the earliest human activities can be traced back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties, and the town was officially established in the early Tang Dynasty. The history of this period is intricate, and it takes a long text to make it clear, which is obviously not what this kind of small travelogue should do, and it is even more inconsistent with the purpose of this "leisure". So in short, this ancient town is quite historic, and it is also an important node of the ancient tea horse road, with a glorious past.

This weekend, the weather is good, and there are many people in the ancient town. It is said that it has just been completely renovated, and various facilities are still perfect, making it very convenient to eat, drink and play. What is particularly commendable is that the repair of the old is done very well, there are few traces of renovation, and many old houses that are on the verge of collapse have even been basically reinforced and repaired, so that time has been frozen in a certain part of history. There was originally a Christian Gospel Church in Luomu, including Chinese-style tiled houses and Western-style buildings, forming a combination of Chinese and Western buildings. It was built more than 100 years ago at the expense of a British female missionary named Massem, and the local people called it the "Massem Mansion". The actual function of the building is actually a church and hospital. Because of her missionary work, Ms. Massem also treats eye diseases for free of charge, so she is very popular and loved by the local people. Now the Chinese part of the church has been preliminarily restored, which is still very simple, but it has attracted many tourists to visit, and has become a new Internet celebrity place and a tourist icon in Luomu!

3. Qingqiang

Fuxing Village, this modern village name actually comes from the Qin Dynasty more than 2,000 years ago, and it is located in the deep mountains and cold hollows far away from the prosperity and clouds and mist all year round, which is indeed amazing. In the morning, we passed through the Emei Mountain Highway for the third time this year, and walked through the beautiful mountain forests for two hours before reaching this mysterious village in the clouds.

In the mountains around Ya'an Leshan, there used to be such a group that belonged to the Qiang people but did not live in watchtowers, wearing green clothes, and the outside world called them Qingyi Qiang. The big river in the area, the Tsing Yi River, is named here. More than 2,000 years of rain and wind have blown away, and today Fuxing Village has become the only remaining place for the fruits of the Qingyi Qiang. Of course, there is also a view in the academic circles that the so-called Qingyi Qiang is actually Han Chinese, which is a unique branch of the Han people. Whether it is Qiang or Han, Fuxing Village, as the last stronghold of the Qingyi Qiang, is a natural thing to become a major signboard in the tourism economy.

After Qin Shi Huang unified the world, the primary problem faced by the Qin Empire was naturally to prevent the resistance of the six kingdoms of Kwantung, focusing on Chu, which was the most fierce in resisting Qin in the war of unification, and the top priority was to strictly guard against the royal family and nobles as the soul of Chu. The course of history proves that this consideration is very reasonable, and it was the Chu nobleman Xiang Yu who finally destroyed the Great Qin.

The

Qin Empire's method of dealing with the pre-Chu nobles can basically be reduced to one kill, two and three exiles, and the nobles who escaped the massacre either fled on their own or were forced to relocate. Keeping these dangerous elements away from Chu to eliminate disasters has become the national policy of a powerful and brutal empire. The reason why the uncle and nephew of Xiang Liang and Xiang Yu, who opposed Qin, rebelled in Wu rather than in the old land of Jing and Chu. The King of Chu clan was forcibly relocated to the deep mountains of the Qingyi River Basin, which is now Fuxing Village.

The

Chu royal family, who left their hometowns, fell into the deep ravines of the valley like the top of the clouds, and their spiritual trauma can be imagined. With their attachment to their homeland and the hope of restoring the country, they called the river under the mountain Wang River, and the village they lived in was called Fuxing, hoping that one day they would return to their homeland and rebuild the temple.

In this way, the Chu royal monks, who were at the top of China's material and cultural level at that time, and the Qingyi Qiang, who were in a semi-primitive state, met in the depths of the Yunling, and the princes and grandsons reluctantly accepted the arrangement of fate, and the primitive indigenous groups also accepted them simply. The royal family, representing advanced civilization, brought new farming and Chu style and charm, bringing the breeze of the times to this ancient land, and the indigenous people with geographical advantages also influenced these outsiders in terms of clothing and food. Although the royal family has the advantages of culture and civilization, it inevitably decreases over time. After all, the natives will not transform into royalty, but can only be assimilated into the natives. After two thousand years of integration, there is now the Qingqiang Fuxing Village, which is now "Qiang Feng Chu Yun".

It was almost early winter, and Fuxing Village was deserted. It is said that it is overcrowded in the summer, and there are endless crowds of summer resorts, and you can imagine the liveliness of the time from the fact that every house in the village is an inn. The men and women of the village will wear their national costumes and sing and dance to showcase their unique culture in front of tourists. But in this forgotten season, there is nothing except the wooden fish symbolizing the totem on every house, which is no different from the neighboring villages, and this is obviously the norm of life.

Fuxing Village is located within the tourist area of Dawawu Mountain, and the scenery is beautiful. Because it is located in the clouds and mist mountains, it is rich in tea. However, today is not the tea season, and it is gray weather, and her beautiful appearance is like a gauze scarf covering her face. But even so, when you climb to the top of the tea mountain, look at the dancing mountains in the haze and the quiet sleeping Yanu Lake in the embrace of the earth, you are still happy and thoughtful!
