The Dongjiao Coconut Grove Scenic Area is one of the top ten seaside scenic areas in China. The scenery of Dongjiao Coconut Grove is the best in China and rare in the world.
The scenic area has a beautiful environment, clear water, colorful corals, and a natural bathing beach where you can carry out various beach sports and water activities.
Drinking fresh coconut water in the coconut grove will make you feel comfortable. Coconut water is called heavenly water by local farmers. It is sweet and contains many beneficial elements. It is said that drinking it regularly can make people look younger.
The people here are simple and honest, and the social security is good. It is not only a tourist resort, but also a good place for tourism investment.

Dongjiao Coconut Grove is actually a bit semi-commercialized, and the beach here is not very clean, but that is not the point. Since it is a coconut grove, the beach is nothing.
The sun, hammocks, coconuts, old people and children are undoubtedly the most beautiful scenery in the coconut grove.
This place is really suitable for taking pictures. Every picture is a great one.
I came to Wenchang with my friends, so I didn’t have much idea about it. I just followed them.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is not a very beautiful place. But there are several reasons why it is worth visiting. 1. There are few tourists. 2. The locals are very nice. 3. The coconut chicken is delicious. 4. The coconuts are 6 yuan each, and they are big.
The biggest reason I like Dongjiao Coconut Grove is that I ate coconut chicken at Yuejunyuan. This is a simple shop run by a couple, a pure farmyard, where the chickens are caught and killed, and the coconuts are opened and ground, with the original flavor. To describe it in the words of the God of Cookery: It's so delicious~
If you want to see the beach, forget it. The beach is full of coral rocks and the sea water is not good, but the sand is white and nice. If you want to drink coconut juice, look at the coconut trees and lie in a hammock, it's good. The hammocks are free. I feel like I can lie on them leisurely for an afternoon. Remember to navigate to the Bailema Resort. There is a parking lot for 10 yuan. You can also park outside and enter from the Bailema gate. In addition, please note that there are many farmers selling coconuts on the way here. Green coconuts and golden coconuts are 6 yuan each. You can stop and buy them. There are many mosquitoes and it is easy to be bitten. You must spray mosquito repellent in advance. If I have the opportunity to come to Wenchang next time, I should come here to buy a coconut and lie in a hammock to rest for an afternoon.
The blue sky, blue sea, golden beach and lush coconut trees are really pleasing to the eyes. However, if you go there at noon, it will be very sunny. There are beverage stands in the coconut trees where you can rest, but there are so many mosquitoes that I feel the mosquito repellent doesn't work at all. However, it may be because outsiders are more attractive to mosquitoes, because I saw locals drinking leisurely in the coconut trees. Coconut milk chicken is highly recommended. The tender chicken soaked in coconut milk is really nice.
Best time to travel: The best time to travel to Dongjiao Coconut Grove is from November to April of the following year. During this period, the climate is pleasant and the scenery is beautiful.
Transportation: Starting from Haikou, you can choose to drive or take public transportation to Dongjiao Coconut Grove. The self-driving route is: Haikou-Wenchang-Dongjiao Town-Dongjiao Coconut Grove, which takes about 3 hours. The public transportation route is: Take the shuttle bus to Wenchang at Haikou South Bus Station or Haikou East Station, then transfer to the shuttle bus to Dongjiao Town in Wenchang. After arriving at Dongjiao Town, you can take a local motorcycle or taxi to Dongjiao Coconut Grove.
Tourist route: After entering Dongjiao Coconut Grove, you can choose to walk or take a boat tour. The walking route is: stroll along the path along the seaside, enjoy the scenery of the coconut grove, taste coconut food, and feel the hot spring resort atmosphere. The boat route is: rent a boat at the dock of Dongjiao Coconut Grove or the nearby beach, tour the sea scenery, and experience water sports.
Accommodation options: There are many hotels and resorts near Dongjiao Coconut Grove for tourists to choose from. These hotels have complete facilities and considerate services to meet the different needs of tourists.
Note: During the tour, you need to pay attention to sun protection and environmental protection, and avoid littering on the beach. At the same time, if you need to buy local specialties such as seafood, it is recommended to buy them in local markets or reputable restaurants to avoid buying inferior or stale products.
The shade of the trees is too far from the coastline, and it is impossible to play in the sun. The coconut grove needs aerial photography to be interesting. If there is no aerial photography and only coconut trees are photographed, where in Hainan are there no coconut trees? You can take pictures everywhere. There are roadblocks on the road south of the coconut grove, which is unreasonable and increases the risk factor. If you don't like it very much, you don't have to go here on purpose.
50% of Hainan Island's coconuts come from Wenchang, and 50% of Wenchang's coconuts come from Dongjiao Coconut Grove. You can imagine how big this place is. Going deep into the coconut grove, you will soon reach the beach. The beach here has a very retro pictorial style. The clean sea and beach, plus a crooked coconut tree, I remember that there was a similar pictorial on the wall of my grandfather's house when I was very young.
People say that the Balima Resort in the East Suburb Coconut Grove is a scam, but the real beauty here is to stroll in the light and shadow of the coconut grove, pass through the villages under the coconut shadows, and listen to the locals tell their stories about coconuts.
Dongjiao people say that half of Wenchang's coconuts are from Hainan, and Dongjiao's coconut groves are the most beautiful. The scenic area has a beautiful environment and clear water. It is a natural sea bathing beach where various beach sports and water activities can be carried out. There are many tourist piers, seaside resorts, and seafood shops in the area. The shallow sea is rich in lobsters, prawns, groupers, abalones and other precious seafood.
I drove to Dongjiao Coconut Grove in 2006.
It is 34 kilometers from the descent of Tongguling to the East Suburb Coconut Grove. If the weather is bad, the scenery of the coconut grove is average, but it is still quite comfortable to stay there. As the saying goes on the Internet, "fall asleep with the coconut breeze as your pillow", it is very elegant.
The beach is all owned by the Bailema Resort, which has a nice environment but a high room rate. The family hotels outside the village are much more affordable, 40 yuan for a double room, with everything you need. I also met a few people from Beijing and Sichuan who came here to spend the winter, and they only charged 500 yuan per room... I don't know how much the price has increased now.
When we left the coconut grove, we asked the Sichuan couple to take a ride to the market in Dongjiao Town, where they treated us to a meal of shrimps and crabs. For just over 30 yuan, the four of us had a great time.
It is a scenic spot full of coconut trees. The scenery there is pretty good, but it is very hot. It was scorching hot when I went there, so there was a hot sea breeze from time to time, which was quite good. If you want to play there, you may have to go there in the afternoon. There are also some sea activities there, but it seems that you have to make a reservation and sign up. At noon, you can take a nap on the swing under the coconut tree.
When you go to eat coconut chicken, you are in the scenic area, no tickets are required, and large coconut forests are hard to see in ordinary places.
The Dongjiao Coconut Grove Scenic Area is really beautiful, and the house is also a single-family wooden house, which is still very impressive, and the accommodation is not expensive! It's just that it's a bit troublesome to go there, you have to walk a long mountain road, don't go there at night, there are no lights on the road!
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is actually in Coconut Grove Bay, with some small wooden houses and some coconut trees. I guess the weather was bad, otherwise it would be quite pleasant to enjoy the cool air. I finally ate my first coconut in Hainan at Dongjiao Coconut Grove. I picked red coconuts because I read in the guide that they taste better than green coconuts. It turned out to be true. One coconut costs 8 yuan, and one green coconut costs 6 yuan.
The road to Dongjiao Coconut Grove is quite beautiful, but there is nothing to see when you get off the bus
The tall ones are towering coconut trees, the short ones are straight betel nuts, a few hammocks are simply tied between the trees, a few bungalows are distributed in front of and behind the trees, old coconuts are piled up everywhere like small hills, and the air can smell a faint coconut fragrance, the comfortable and free atmosphere is immediately fascinating. See the top ten seaside scenery in China, eat the freshest coconuts, and experience the most authentic coconut island style. This is also the cheapest coconut we have eaten in Hainan, 5 yuan each.
Come to Dongjiao Coconut Grove and try the coconut rice at Taihua Seafood Restaurant. If you don't drink coconut water, it's a waste of your trip. There are also delicious seafood caught from the sea cages and the steamed radish is sweet and delicious.
Dear readers, based on my own wrong experiences, I really don't recommend going there, or it's not worth going there specifically.
Strictly speaking, the East Suburb Coconut Grove should be the entire area, not just a specific area. I was in a good mood when I was almost there, thinking of driving in the coconut grove, humming a song, and feeling the coconut breeze. The coconut fragrance on the road was refreshing.
However, the address given by the navigation could never find the sign of Dongjiao Coconut Grove. After going around in circles several times, I gave up.
As we drove away, we found a small path.
Due to time constraints, I just passed by in a hurry, looked at it across the sea, but did not play. . .
You can take a bus directly to Wenchang City. The whole journey takes about half an hour and the fare is 7 yuan per person.
In fact, if you search for Wenchang attractions on many travel websites, Dongjiao Coconut Grove is almost always in the top 3. I think it’s not because of how good it is, but because of how old it is.
The day we went there was the worst weather day in Wenchang. It was cloudy and we finally arrived at the "tourist destination" we had "longed for" after half an hour on the bus. The moment we got off the bus, we felt like we had traveled to a small town in Thailand. Except for some vendors selling coconuts in sheds, there were no special products.
It is more like a village for residents than a scenic spot. The "specialty" here - coconuts - is placed at the door of every household.
However, since it is self-produced and self-sold, the coconut juice here is cheaper than in the urban area. During the Chinese New Year, the price of a golden coconut is 6 yuan and a green coconut is 5 yuan, which is still very touching.
The shore facing the South China Sea is the core area of the entire Dongjiao Coconut Grove Scenic Area. The wooden structure of the stilt resort is quite unique. There are limited facilities for recreation on the beach. The highest building in the scenic area, the Sea Viewing Pavilion, can actually give us a glimpse of the history of this place through its simple appearance.
The core area is not large, about 100 acres. Dongjiao Coconut Grove Scenic Area is an ancient scenic spot in Wenchang. The facilities are old and the supporting facilities are simple. It is far away from the urban area. You can go to Coconut Grand View Garden to see coconuts and Gaolong Bay to see the beach. The scenery is far inferior to Tongguling, so... the recommendation index can only be given two stars.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is a very famous tourist attraction in Wenchang, but there is not much to do there. However, it is a good choice to stop and take pictures when you see the coconut grove.
Moreover, when passing by, the wind blows and the coconut fragrance wafts in the air. It is also a special experience to stroll leisurely in the woods.
Basically you can give up and not go there. The beaches next to the hotel are better than here. I wonder if they will be rebuilt or developed in the future.
Located in Wenchang, the first stop of the island tour, it was quickly visited without the need for a ticket.
It was actually a large coconut grove, with no place to step, so I watched it from the car the whole time. Probably the only two advantages were that it was cool. And the coconuts were fresh.
The dense coconut trees are nice, but you can only see them from a distance and not appreciate them. The beach is badly damaged and no one takes care of it. It's full of seaweed. The locals said it was dug by sand dredging. I feel that this attraction is not as good as it used to be. The hotel I stayed in was also terrible. There were frogs in the swimming pool.
The coconut grove is very large, the scenery is pleasant, the traffic conditions are good, and there is a beach, which is very suitable for a slow-paced stroll.
As a northerner, I do think it is beautiful. I hiked the whole way, through the woods, the seaside, and the mangroves. There are actually three-wheeled vehicles for rent, but I was not in a hurry so I just strolled around.
What I saw in Dongjiao Coconut Grove was full of loneliness and depression. I heard that it used to be a scenic spot with a large flow of people. The scenic spot is located in an inner bay by the sea. I can't tell whether it is the seaside or the lakeside. There are no waves. The beach is very large and I can't tell whether it is natural or artificial. The scenic spot has everything you need for food and accommodation. It is absolutely no problem to play football and beach cars on the beach. There are also separate attic rooms on the beach. It is relatively quiet and comfortable. It is good to live there when you have time.
The Dongjiao Coconut Grove Scenic Area actually doesn’t have much special features, there are just a lot of coconut trees on the road.
Recommendation index: four stars
Dongjiao Town in Wenchang has large tracts of coconut groves, which is a completely different scene from the farmlands in the mainland.
The coconut trees by the beach are very tropical.
The main purpose here is to experience tropical farming fun. The coconuts here are very cheap and sweet.
Nice scenic spot, stayed at Balama Hotel at night, booked a superior sea view room from WeChat eLong for 299 per night, actually it's the same if you stay in room 156, just a little smaller. I wanted to just look at the sea view, but what can I see at night? I didn't stay there for long during the day. The food outside tasted okay, coconuts were 6 yuan each, and the coconut trees in the village really have a tropical feel, it's worth a visit, it's best to drive yourself, the place is remote.
When you drive in, there are coconut trees on both sides. The coconuts inside are delicious and cheap. I went in to eat coconut chicken, which was delicious.
China-TravelNote, you guys just randomly draw the navigation with a pen, right? How do you locate the location several kilometers away?
Beautiful scenery can bring people inner peace, and the meaning of travel lies in the company of family.
No tickets are required, it is not commercialized, not crowded, and there are many dead coral segments on the coast.
Not very suitable for swimming, the beach is a bit prickly.
But the advantage is the beautiful scenery and it is very quiet~!
It's worth a visit. We drove there by ourselves and the children liked it very much.
The coconut trees are not very dense, far less lush than the coconut trees on the roadside. It is actually a place similar to a resort with several homestays. No entrance fee is required and you can enter freely. There are locals selling various coconuts, coconut cakes, and handicrafts at the door. They are all very enthusiastic and not bad.
Although the coconut grove is magnificent, you can't see it. The road is beautiful.
It is said that you will regret not coming to this scenic spot. The navigation was wrong and I followed the cars from other places all the way here blindly. Friends who want to come can ask more on the roadside. If you find it troublesome, you don't have to come. The place is not big and very ordinary. The photos are better than the scene...hahaha
A place with few people and beautiful scenery. The beach is right below the hotel where I stayed. Coconuts at the door are 5 yuan each, which is probably the lowest price in Hainan scenic spots. When I got there, the navigation led me to a very narrow road. The sign said Bamenwan Greenway, which can only be used by one car. I was lucky to only encounter one car coming from the opposite direction, and it was at a small intersection, otherwise it would be difficult to miss the car. The disadvantage is that there are few service facilities, and the only place for eating is the nearby farmhouse. It is not good to eat coconut chicken every day (I ordered a coconut chicken, which was really freshly killed whole, 158/serving)
The weather was not good, but we were just a bunch of funny people having fun. The supporting facilities were average in all aspects, and there were not many so-called coconut groves.
There are many holiday accommodations here. People from all over the country have lived here for a month or so. They eat, stroll and watch the sea every day. However, the overall facilities are not up to par. The signs of the scenic area are not clear. We rode here except for riding in the coconut grove. The area is not large and we feel that we have not found the right place. It is also a different experience to explore the natural scenery with the main companions.
The East Suburb Coconut Grove is completely deserted. I had to travel 2 hours to get there, but all I saw was a desolate landscape. The seaside paths and stone chairs in the scenic area have been completely submerged by the sea sand. I am really worried about the hotels and farmhouse restaurants in the scenic area.
The security guard also charged 10 yuan for parking! The only bright spot is that you can buy the cheapest coconut in Hainan Island here ~ 6 yuan and Wenchang chicken from Wenchang City.
It is strange that there is no information about the dilapidated East Suburb Coconut Grove on the Internet. If there was, our trip would not have been in vain.
The sea here is more beautiful, and there are fewer people than other beaches. The scenery is nice and worth a visit. But you have to take a ferry to get there.
The coconut grove is huge, but the beach is average. There is an artificial island blocking the sea, so the water is average. It is only suitable for sitting under the coconut trees and enjoying the breeze.
This is the cheap coconut I had in Hainan Island. The door is directly opposite that store, which also let me see the simple side of the legendary Hainanese people. Anyway, I have never seen it in Sanya Haikou, because I have been in Sanya Haikou for a long time, and I have seen locals dealing with tourists. I may have been greatly influenced. The ones I saw here are different, very enthusiastic, and the coconuts are cheap, which is really good. I heard that Wenchang City is the hometown of coconut trees, but when I came here, there are actually not many coconut trees, and the quality of the sea water is also average. In general, the coconut seller at the door has greatly changed my view of Hainanese people.
Graceful coconut trees and coconut groves can be seen everywhere. It is so beautiful. I didn’t stay in this place long enough. The air is sometimes filled with the rich and sweet smell of coconut. I must stay a few more days next time.
Go there on a sunny day, you will find beautiful scenery, the sky is clear and blue. Although the water is not very blue, you will find many surprises on the beach. The location is indeed remote, so you can follow the navigation if you drive. If you take a car, you can see minibuses on Wenjian Road in Wencheng. You must take the one to Jianhua Mountain. Only the one with Dongjiao Coconut Grove written on it can go directly. There is a bus with Dongjiao written on it, and it goes to Dongjiao Town, not Dongjiao Coconut Grove. Everyone must look carefully before getting on the bus. This minibus will stop when you wave!
One of Hainan's famous scenic spots, it forms an endless forest belt on the coast of nearly ten miles. There are many coconut trees here, and the coconut trees are in various shapes and varieties. It is a good place to experience the coconut breeze and the charm of the sea.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is a free scenic spot with average public services. The hotels in the scenic spot are very expensive, but there are many places to stay and eat around the scenic spot. The coconut grove sunset is also a unique sunset in Hainan, with coconut trees, bridges, and the sea. It is very beautiful.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is full of large coconut trees, and there are also views such as Bamen Bay Greenway, which is very suitable for cycling.
The coconut grove is large, but it seems unmanaged. There are few people, no public service facilities, and the beach is also average, with nothing special except the large coconut grove. You can take a look if you are on the way, but there is no need to go there specifically.
Every year around the Spring Festival, unless there are special circumstances, he would drive a long distance with his wife and daughter, "across the ocean" to Dongjiao Town.
70% of Hainan’s coconut trees grow here. Fresh coconut milk and coconut flakes, delicious Wenchang chicken, and less well-known resorts (less crowded and more cozy) are always suitable for you to stay for a few days.
I didn't go to the scenic area, but I walked along the beach, which was very beautiful. The beach is a coral reef protection area, and there are all kinds of coral stones on the beach. I picked up a lot of beautiful ones. The coconuts sold on the roadside are all wild and have a strong flavor.
It is open to the public free of charge. You can take a bus from the city to the East Suburb Coconut Grove. Generally speaking, it is quite remote and the beach is not very beautiful. There is a coconut grove, but it is relatively small. If you come to stay, it is not necessary. You can spend an afternoon exploring. There are free hammocks in the coconut grove for you to lie on.
You can only see the sea when you go to Moon Bay, but you can go to the beach at Dongjiao Coconut Grove. However, because the sun was too strong when we arrived here, we didn’t walk to the beach, and we didn’t know whether the sea water was clear or azure (I have a quirk. I like to compare the colors of the sea water in different regions when I go to the beach); lying on the beach chair, there were coconut trees next to me blocking the sun, which was just right to eliminate the fatigue of the morning. During this time, I saw an old couple walking hand in hand on the hot sand pond. Although I felt hot for them, my heart was warm and I was looking forward to it.
It's worth a visit! Feel the scenery of Hainan. There are coconut trees all along the way. Not many people recommend it. By the way, if you drive, there is a small traffic jam. It would be better to start early.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is located on the seashore of Dongjiao Town, Wenchang. It is actually a narrow peninsula stretching for five kilometers. It is so narrow that large vehicles can only drive but not stay.
The island is covered with coconut groves, and the coconut trees grow completely naturally without the need for artificial planting.
The villagers here have made a living from coconuts for generations. Huang Chunguang, the boss of Hainan's largest tourism food export, was originally a villager on the island.
It is said that all coconuts in Hainan Island are grown in the Dongjiao Coconut Grove. Friends who have been to Sanya know that a coconut usually costs 10 yuan, but here, the government purchases it at around 4-5 yuan.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove, or Dongjiao Town, is a seaside town with a strong atmosphere of life. It is the island village I imagined. Riding an electric car or motorcycle through the coconut grove, looking at the fish ponds and houses that occasionally pass by on both sides, it is simply a scene from a Taiwanese small fresh movie~ I recommend Wenchang 517 Station deep in the coconut grove, where a group of enthusiastic friends are. I still remember the saying "The blue sky and the coconut grove are more suitable~"
If you go to Hainan now, you must not go to Sanya, because that is the territory of people from the Northeast.
I drove to Wenchang by myself. It was a typical Hainan experience, with coconut groves, beaches, sunshine, and pastoral scenery.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is a place where you can enjoy the scenery slowly. We walked and took photos. When we were taking photos of our son, a big coconut suddenly fell at our feet. It was an unexpected surprise! The locals said that this was an old coconut and could be broken open to stew pork ribs with the coconut meat, but we didn't want to. This big coconut is still in my house as a souvenir!
First of all, the transportation is inconvenient, and secondly, there is nothing worth seeing, which is embarrassing.
The beach, which only appears after low tide, is also suitable for fishing and catching crabs by casting nets.
Hainan is rich in coconuts. Wenchang's coconut production accounts for 50% of the entire Hainan. The Dongjiao Coconut Grove is densely planted with coconut trees. The real coconut groves are not neat and tidy. The neat ones are mainly for viewing after being artificially cared for. The red coconuts sold by Yenon here for 8 yuan each taste good.
Coming to Wenchang from Haikou, the most famous place here is the Coconut Grove. The name sounds like coconuts will fall at any time, right? 😁 The coconut grove is quite remote and there is a small residential area. It is best to drive into the coconut grove. You will smell a strong coconut fragrance. We chose a cabin when we checked into the hotel because there is a shallow bay right when we opened the door. There are not many people on the beach and the sand is very soft. It feels quite pleasant. We had authentic local coconut rice in the evening. The coconut flavor is very strong. The hotel will also organize a bamboo pole dance bonfire at 8 o'clock in the evening. The people here are very enthusiastic, but their Mandarin doesn't sound so much like Mandarin... After the dance, we can go to the beach together to catch crabs. It is actually very difficult to catch them. - - Warm reminder: Because there are many small mosquitoes in the coconut grove, it is recommended that you prepare floral water and mosquito repellent. Overall, it is still a very recommended place. Have a nice day~ [smile]
On the 16th, I went to Dongjiao Coconut Grove alone. I felt that the transportation in Wenchang was more convenient than Wanning. At least there were buses or minibuses to the scenic spots. It was a very satisfying trip. The sand in Dongjiao Coconut Grove was white and fine, and there were many corals on the beach. It was very comfortable to lie on the hammock and enjoy the sea breeze! I stayed at the post station at the entrance of Bailema, where the coconuts were very sweet. It is worth going to experience it. There are only two or three places to eat nearby, and the affordable seafood food stall is relatively cost-effective.
A real coconut forest, it's nice to ride a bike around in it~
The scenery is beautiful, the sea is clear, and the sun is bright
Dongjiao Coconut Grove, Hainan scenic spot. Located on the seaside of Dongjiao Town, Wenchang City, it is just across the Qinglan Bridge. It is one of the famous scenic spots in Hainan. There are many coconut trees here, and the coconuts are in various shapes and sizes. Wenchang is also known as the "Coconut Town". The coconut planting area and output account for more than 50% of the province.
Friends from other places who have never seen coconut trees can go there. Coconut trees are dense. You can drive directly through the Qinglan Bridge. There are many people driving by cars from other places. There are many people selling coconuts along the way. Some people sell 5 yuan each in places close to the destination. The entrance of the scenic area is 6 yuan (tender) and 8 yuan (older). You can bargain. If there are many people, you can negotiate to 5 yuan each (we did). If you want to eat coconut meat after drinking, you can ask the boss to split it. Personally, I think the scenic area is quite dirty. The sand is not clean, and the toilets are even more dirty and messy. Just look at the coconut trees and walk along the coastline. There is nothing else. Not far from the entrance is a wooden house holiday home, suitable for a family. Maybe it's like this in places with a lot of people in China. There are always some people littering, and places that don't charge are even more lacking in management.
First of all, I would like to explain that the location of the scenic spot marked on Baidu Map is wrong. Many friends who drive by themselves are misled. They follow the navigation and finally arrive at a farmhouse. Parking costs 10 yuan. There is a small road on the side of the road leading to the beach. The locals will tell you that it is a scenic spot if you walk there, but in fact it is a farm. The road ahead is very bad, and there is a farm at the end. The whole area is a farm, and there is nothing to see. Friends who take the bus to Dongjiao Coconut Grove generally will not go wrong, because the terminal is at the entrance of Bailema Resort. The so-called Dongjiao Coconut Grove can only see the resort. Elsewhere is a very ordinary coconut grove, a complete farm scenery, as shown in Figure 1. Parking at the resort is also 10 yuan, there is no ticket, and there is nothing to see inside. It takes about 20 minutes to see it. Overall, it is far less playable than Stone Park!
If you come to Wenchang and don’t drink coconut milk or eat coconut meat, then you have come to a fake Wenchang, right?
Half of Wenchang coconuts are from Hainan, and half of Dongjiao coconuts are from Wenchang.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove has more than 2 million coconut trees planted and produces 50 million coconuts annually. When you come here, you will see a real sea of coconuts.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is located in Wenchang, Hainan. I visited here more than ten years ago, but now it seems not as lively as before. There are few tourists and the scenic spot is not as good as before. The signs to the scenic spot are not obvious. I found it after asking several times. When I arrived at the scenic spot, it seemed to have lost its former glory. Maybe the rise of scenic spots in Sanya and other places has taken away its popularity, but the dense coconut groves, blue waters and white beaches still exude charming colors.
Dongjiao Coconut Grove is located on the coast of Dongjiao Town, Wenchang City. There are many coconut groves, the sea is charming, and the scenery is beautiful. You can also taste a variety of special foods with strong coconut fragrance. Wenchang is also known as the "Coconut Town". Walking in Dongjiao Coconut Grove, you can see a variety of coconut trees with different shapes and scattered in a forest. You can walk on the coconut forest trail in the morning, taste the sweetest and freshest coconut juice when you rest, enjoy various beach activities and water sports in the afternoon, watch the sunset at the beach in the evening, and sleep in the charming cabins among the coconut groves at night. Facing the sea, spring is warm and flowers are blooming, nothing more than this.
