Hainan Family Tour: Haikou Baishamen Park



I come to Haikou for a month or two during the Chinese New Year every year. I had never heard of Baishamen Park before. This year, I had a baby and almost everyone recommended this place to me, so I brought my baby here for a visit.



🌴If you are a local of Haikou, or like me, you come to Haikou for a long vacation, I suggest you bring your baby here to play, and you can come when the sun is about to set.



🥥There is a long snack street here with all kinds of food. When we went there, it was dinner time, and we saw many tourists had already ordered food and started to enjoy it.



🎡There is a big amusement park here. We didn't go in because we were short on time and the facilities inside looked old. It seems that there may be more than one amusement park. In different areas, there are all kinds of entertainment tools that children play with in daily life. From small trampolines and carousels to large roller coasters and Ferris wheels, they are all there, but they look old. 🎢🎠



🏕There is a large lawn, which is the favorite place for An An and me, and also the place with the most children. Some people are flying kites, some are blowing bubbles, and some are having picnics. The lawn is large, and it is quite lively without disturbing each other.



🛶There is a lake next to the lawn where you can go boating or watch the sunset. 🏜



❌If you are only staying in Haikou for a short time, it is recommended not to come here. You will be disappointed. The facilities here are old and the scenery is definitely the same as in my hometown.

It might be more beautiful to go to a bar by the beach to have a drink and watch the sunset on a sunny evening. The things bought at the night market are all from the small commodity market, without any special features. The snacks are also very ordinary ones that can be found in night markets all over the country, and the prices are a bit expensive. If you want to eat snacks, Haida Night Market may be more suitable.

Baishamen Park is located in the north of Haidian Island, Meilan District, Haikou City, and faces the Qiongzhou Strait to the north. The park covers an area of ​​60 hectares and faces the Qiongzhou Strait to the north. It is an open city-level leisure and entertainment park. There is nothing to see in the park, but there is a beach to the north of the park, where you can watch the sunset. The other side is the Qiongzhou Strait. With a telephoto lens, you can probably take pictures of the buildings on the other side. Baidu shows that the Qiongzhou Strait is only 20 kilometers away.

To be honest, from my personal experience, the scenery of Baishamen Park is not as good as Wanlv Park. If you are short on time in Haikou, it is enough to go to Wanlv Park alone. However, in addition to Wanlv Park, many people will check in Baishamen Park. As a coastal park, the northernmost end of the park faces the mainland across the Qiongzhou Strait, and there are many entertainment facilities and cultural landscapes. However, in terms of scenery alone, it is much inferior to Wanlv Park.

There are few tourists in this quiet park, but the old trees are lush and green, and the coconut groves are dense.

There are not many eye-catching attractions. The beach on the north side is worth visiting, but there are many people swimming there.

Hainan University is the only 211 university in Haikou. There is a sea area near the Haidian Island Haida campus called Baishamen Park, where you can fly kites, rent barbecues, walk along the coast, and step on the sea water.

If you take a bus in Haikou and head north, there is a bus stop called Baishamen. There are not many people there and there are singers and dancers at the door. The most important significance of this park is that it is the place where the People's Liberation Army landed to liberate Hainan. The war was brutal and I hope the Chinese people will always remember it.

There are huge lawns and coconut trees inside, lush tropical plants everywhere, and beautiful songs can be heard from time to time. There is a memorial sculpture on the north side. Across the road is the beach of the Qiongzhou Strait. The beach is beautiful, but the sign says that the current here is dangerous and not suitable for swimming, and many people have died here.

Not far from the south gate are commercial shops with ethnic style.

If the sun is shining, just find a spot under the shade of a coconut tree and just stare blankly. It's really intoxicating.

The weather was nice when I got up early. There were birds singing and flowers blooming in the park, and many people were exercising. It is a very large park.

There are many statues under the coconut trees. There is a small amusement park in the park, but I didn't go there. The cicadas around gave me a headache. Although there was wind, the sun was hot. I walked through the oxygen runway and came to the beach. It was about eleven o'clock. I walked under the shade of trees with an umbrella. It was still very hot. It was a pity that the water near the sea was turbid and the sand was not fine. But from a distance, the sea and the sky were connected, with blue sky, white clouds and the sea. Note that you can go to the Bell Tower Station to take a bus to Baishamen Park, but the bus is charged in sections.

The 5 stars are for the beach. I didn't look at the park carefully.

The beach is pretty good. This is the northernmost tip of Hainan Island.

Many locals come here to play, and some people hold barbecue parties here at night.

After dinner, I took my daughter to the Baishamen Park Amusement Park. It is quite large and there are many places for children to play. It is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient and there is no sun exposure at night.

Located in the north of Haidian Island, Haikou, it faces the Qiongzhou Strait to the north. It is an open city-level leisure and entertainment park. The park is not big and the amusement facilities are old, but it can be regarded as the only amusement park in Haikou. The beach bathing area near the seaside can see the beautiful sunset on the sea, which is worth a visit.

Just come here, nothing else, just a beach, a boring trip alone

Baishamen Beach is less important than Holiday Beach in Haikou, but because it is very close to Hainan University, it is my favorite beach. When Haikou is hot at night, I often go to Baishamen Beach to enjoy the sea breeze and occasionally go for a barbecue. The sand on the crowded side is finer and softer, and there are many stones on the less crowded side. It is also very convenient to swim here in summer.

A beautiful southern park, very romantic.

Baishamen Park is located at the end of Renmin Avenue, Haidian Island, Haikou City. This park is a surrounding supporting facility and a leisure place for residents. Every day, a large number of people exercise and walk their dogs. Because it is close to the sea, many citizens in Haikou city will drive here for leisure. The seawater quality is average, because the seawater quality in Hainan is better in Sanya, but the sunset at Baishamen Beach is beautiful beyond words.

Strictly speaking, it is not a tourist attraction, but it is a good place for Haikou citizens to do morning exercises and take a walk.

A park where you can do square dancing. It's very big and has many entertainment facilities. It's close to the beach (you can't go into the water). You can walk around in the evening. There are quite a lot of people exercising at night.

It's just a park, no tickets are required, there is a small playground, Ferris wheel, rapids, water balloons, etc. You can go there to take a look and feel it when you have nothing to do.

There is an amusement park, it doesn't seem very big, but it's okay

Haikou Baishamen Park is a great place for leisure, entertainment and fitness activities. It has both traditional landscape areas and colorful, romantic modern landscape areas. It is a comprehensive and multifunctional park.

Haikou locals often take a walk in Baishamen Park, where there is an amusement park with many entertainment facilities. The beach is very close to the amusement park. It is suitable for watching the sunset and taking a walk on the beach after playing in the amusement park in the afternoon.

There are many types of parks, and they all give different feelings. Baishamen Park is also an open and free park. It is actually quite large, and the beach is not far away. There are green grass and coconut trees. You can stay in the open space with just a little equipment. Children can play around, and friends can sit and chat. It is very spacious and comfortable. There are recreational facilities not far away. Some people practice boxing and Tai Chi there. It is a very relaxing place with great greenery. It feels good.

The park was okay, but it was too hot. After taking a quick look, I hurried back to the hotel to rest.

There is no ticket. It's free. It's very big inside. There are also many amusement park facilities. You have to pay for all these. There are many Ferris wheels, roller coasters, pirate ships, and small games, such as balloon shooting. I guess every park has them. There are also snack shops. There are two or three public toilets. The green space is very wide. You can fly kites and walk the dog. You can also take a boat in the lake. There are many activities for children. There is also a commercial street built to sell small gadgets, accessories and drinks. It's nice to take pictures. There is also a small garden, it depends on whether you can find it, haha. Cross the park to the beach. Anyway, it's worth a visit. It's very close to Century Bridge and Hainan University. Buses 57, 41, 19, etc. can get there. The night view is also beautiful at night. It depends on the individual. Ferris wheels and other things range from 30 to 50 yuan.

It is an open park with abundant recreational facilities.

When I was studying at Ocean University, we often went here to relax or have a barbecue. It was great because the sunset at Baishamen was so beautiful. We could directly dig a hole in the sand pit to barbecue. Just remember to take the garbage away. It is a place suitable for leisure travel. If you have a rich itinerary, there is not much difference between this place and other beaches, and the quality of the sand is also average.

The environment is beautiful, with coconut trees everywhere. Very southern scenery

If you live in Hainan for a long time, you can go there for fun, but it is not recommended for short-term travel.

It is an open city-level leisure and entertainment park with a playground and a Liberation War Memorial. But what I love most is the fine sandy beach and gentle coastline.

There are large mechanical entertainment facilities, as well as children's facilities for children to play. The environment is really great. Take your children and family here to have a look during your break. There is no ticket.

I rode the roller coaster and the big hammer, which scared me to death, but the main thing was the feeling of seeing the blue sky and white clouds. I bought two souvenirs [Bodhi Words]. There are almost no blue skies and white clouds in my school in a year because the smog is too serious...

Located in the north of Haidian Island, it is a large park with a small amusement park and a beach by the sea. The environment is good and outdoor activities are often held here.

It is large in scale, with intact natural ecological landscape, and is a great place for leisure and vacation. The key is that it does not require any money.

It seems that all parks are similar, but here I saw the people of Haikou enjoying life and being at ease. It's so comfortable.
