Starting from Haikou Railway Station and Nangang Wharf in the west, it passes through West Coast, Xiuying Harbor, Wanlv Park, Guomao, Binhai Interchange, and Xingang Wharf. East of Haikou's iconic Bell Tower, it connects to Changdi Road and Binjiang Road, leading to the airport.
