Now due to seasonal factors, you can only ride horses up the mountain, not down the mountain. It may be dangerous to go down the mountain, so there is only this one-way trip up the mountain, and the ticket price is 300 per person. I want to say that riding a horse up the mountain can save a lot of physical strength, but after comparing it, I suggest that if you have enough time, it is better to hike. In fact, the time for hiking is the same as the time for riding a horse. The horse can't walk very fast, but it can save physical strength. However, I found that several horse riders couldn't reach the top at all. I think it's because the road after getting off the horse is very difficult all of a sudden, and the altitude is also high. It should be that they can't adapt to it all of a sudden. Although hiking is very tiring, I think it is an experience and challenge in life. Although it's hard, I can slowly adapt to walking on the plateau. I think we are relatively fast. It took 5 hours to go back and forth. After going down the mountain, I was really very tired and wanted to lie on the ground and not move, but I am very proud that I walked down. Many people didn't insist on going up, for various reasons. It is also very important to do what you can in the plateau area. If you really can't insist, don't force it. I suggest you go to the Five-Color Lake first. There is a very strenuous uphill road to the Five-Color Lake, but it is always more comfortable to go up than down, so it is a wise choice to go to the Five-Color Lake first, and then go to the Milk Lake, so that the way back is very comfortable. Because I got up late that day, I was really in a hurry. It is recommended to take the long route to the Milk Lake scenic area as soon as it opens in the morning, so that it will be more comfortable to play. Bring oxygen cylinders, hats, sunglasses, hiking poles, and chocolate. Although the grass is green and the flowers are blooming in July and August, it is not easy to see the sacred mountain in the rainy season. Autumn is the most beautiful, but there will be many tourists, so I chose April.

🌟The road sign made it seem that the Five-Colored Sea was closer, so I spent most of the trip aiming for the Five-Colored Sea. Only when I actually got there did I realize that although the Five-Colored Sea was closer, it was at a higher altitude and more difficult to reach.

We walked from the front of Xiannairi to the lake under the main peak on the back. We are now on the back of Xiannairi. On this slope is the Five-Colored Sea. There is another way to the Five-Colored Sea from the Milk Sea. Compared with the previous vertical old road, it is relatively gentle. If you have enough physical strength, you can take this road.

🌟Leaving the platform of Milk Sea and walking back, there is a gently sloping uphill road with a wooden plank road leading to the Five-Colored Sea. In fact, it only takes 15 minutes to get there from here. Another partner of Xiaohua and we went to the Five-Colored Sea in two ways and helped us take this photo. Although she felt afterwards that it would be more beautiful to go to Milk Sea, the Five-Colored Sea is less frozen than Milk Sea, and the water on the edge still has some of its former colors🌈. Although I didn’t see it with my own eyes, it is also a rare winter image material, and it still has great display significance.

🌈There are no crowds like the Internet-famous Milk Sea here, only her own unique reserve and tranquility. The Five-Colored Sea is quietly waiting at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, waiting for your discovery and exploration.

🏔It took thousands of years for the glaciers in the mountains to gather into this small lake. The ice valley extends down to the lakeside, and the lake reflects the snow-capped mountains, which also surround the lake. Under the sunlight, it reflects colorful light, which is spectacular. The surrounding meadows, sandstone, glaciers, clouds, and even us as tourists are like breaking into a living creature that was formed into an oil painting thousands of years ago, and we are completely integrated into it.

Suddenly, a crack appeared in the clouds. The sunlight from the blue sky sneaked in through the crack, turning the originally green Five-Colored Sea into a ball of pink-blue jade. I think this is probably why the Five-Colored Sea is named. She is like a warm and hospitable girl. She keeps changing her makeup with the weather, just to let everyone see her most beautiful side.

✨Surrounded by steep mountains, the Five-Colored Sea looks very soft and beautiful. The emerald blue blooming in this clearness constantly impacts the vision, making people want to stay here quietly and unwilling to leave.

🌈I don't know if the Five Color Sea has two layers, dark green, light green and yellow. The "sea" on the upper layer has two colors: purple and lake blue. The water is very clear. Because it was late July and early August, there were snow-capped mountains without snow. There were alpine shrubs near the sidewalk, and most of the side near the mountain was eroded by ice and snow, and no grass grew, so the photos were average.

😅As a fat guy, it is really not easy to get here. I am exhausted, my thighs are shaking, and I am only half-understanding. There is no signal, no network, and I rely on a card camera to navigate the world. But seeing the clear water, I am in a good mood😜, because such beautiful details are generally difficult to convey to others through pictures or words, how beautiful.

The Five-Colored Sea is located in a lake between Yangmaiyong and Xiannairi Snow Mountain in the Yading Scenic Area of ​​Daocheng. It is about 4534 meters above sea level. Even on cloudy days, the scenery is beautiful and worth visiting. Now there is a plank road on the mountain. You can walk the loop to see the Five-Colored Sea and the Milk Sea. It is recommended to walk counterclockwise and go to the Five-Colored Sea first. The scenery all the way up the mountain is very beautiful. Photos are taken non-stop. The road is not as difficult as imagined. The gentle slope is a dirt road, and the steep slope has stone steps or plank roads. The horizontal route from Luorong Niuchang, which is about 4184 meters above sea level, to the Five-Colored Sea is about 4 kilometers long. You can choose to hike or ride horses. The number of horses and the number of services are limited. Come early and come in when the scenic area opens at 7 o'clock. Catch the first bus, then transfer to an electric car. You can catch the first batch of horses going up the mountain at the Luorong Niuchang Ma Gang Service Point before about 9 o'clock. If you are late, you have to wait for the next wave. It's more hanging after 10:30. Horseback riding is indeed a pit. There is no service on the really steep slopes, and you can only go up, not down the mountain. The route you can ride is the red route in the screenshot below. The total distance of horse riding is about 2.7 kilometers, which takes about 40 minutes. It is all gentle slopes. You have to dismount when the altitude just rises to about 4,302 meters. The remaining steeper sections have to rise by more than 200 meters in altitude. You can only hike up the mountain. Even for this one-way trip, you still have to pay 305 yuan per person, which is really not worth it. From the dismounting point to the Five-Colored Sea, there is still about 1.4 kilometers of hiking, which takes about more than an hour. The steepest section is almost using your hands and feet. It is recommended to buy shoe covers at the foot of the mountain. The mountain road is particularly slippery on rainy days. From Luolong Niuchang to the Five-Colored Sea, pure hiking takes about three hours, and horse riding + hiking takes about two hours. You can only hike down the mountain. Horse riding can only be said to save physical strength for the high-altitude mountain climbing later. Please consider it as appropriate. In addition, the altitude of the mountain is so high that emergency medical rescue is basically zero. In such a place where you are out of breath when you step on the stairs, you must bring oxygen with you when climbing the mountain and do it according to your ability.

Right in front of the Milk Lake, there is a newly built wooden plank road leading to the Five-Color Lake. The one-way distance is about 300 meters, which is not long, and the road is much safer than the previous dangerous road. The Five-Color Lake is located between Xiannairi and Yangmaiyong, which means the auspicious sea. The Five-Color Lake is different from the Milk Lake in style. It is named because of the five different colors produced by the refraction of light. In the minds of local people, the Five-Color Lake is a sacred lake. The Buddhist scriptures praise the lake as being as famous as Yamdrok Lake in Tibet. It is said that it can "replay history and predict the future" and there are many religious legends.

It took more than half an hour to climb a distance of less than 500 meters, and finally we reached the ridge platform. The Five-Colored Sea in the distance was beginning to reveal its appearance.

The altitude here is about 4,800 meters, which is the highest altitude I have ever set foot on in my life. I felt like crying at that time.

There are Mani piles everywhere in the Five Color Lake, but there are almost none in the Milk Lake. Overall, the colors of the Milk Lake are more brilliant, while the Five Color Lake is relatively quiet.

The Five-Colored Lake is probably the highest lake in the area. The ice on the top of the mountain is so close to the lake water, and the center of the lake gradually reveals a deep blue color. The Five-Colored Lake is very large, and the mountain ridge is too close to the pedestrian path. It is difficult to take a full photo of the Five-Colored Lake even with a wide-angle lens. A drone can take a photo of the entire lake, but it cannot take in the high mountains next to it.

Another reason why I suggest you go to the Five-Colored Lake first is that if you want to take photos of the entire Milk Lake, the best angle is also from the Five-Colored Lake. From a distance, the Milk Lake is a light blue lake surrounded by mountains. Judging from the color alone, the color of the Milk Lake is indeed very pleasing.

The Five-Colored Lake at an altitude of more than 4,600 meters is the highest point and end of the traditional long-distance route in Daocheng Yading. Thank you for the delay in taking pictures. Otherwise, we would not have waited for the moment when the sun shone through our faces. It seems to comfort the people who insisted on climbing to the top in the rain and snow. The sun can drive away the dampness and coldness, and can also illuminate people's cheeks, and even the arc of their smiles will be bigger.

Climbing over the hillside, you can see the Five-Colored Sea below. Most of the lake surface is frozen, but you can still see its crystal clear appearance.

The Five-Colored Sea from this angle, with its mottled water surface and the ice surface in the center, looks like a tropical island. I really want to sit in the center of the ice and shout out to this side. Although the climate here is harsh, it is also the pure and untainted Shangri-La lost in the world!

It looks very small from a distance, but it is actually a very large alpine lake.

In addition to the rocks that can be seen everywhere on the top of the mountain, there are also many sparse bushes, and the ground is covered with some kind of algae (or grass?), which is soft to step on;

There are many people who go to the mountain climbing, and even more people go to the Milk Sea. However, fewer people go to the Five-Colored Lake because the Five-Colored Lake is 100 meters higher than the Milk Sea, and many people stop at this 100 meters.

After many hardships, we finally arrived at the Five Color Sea, one of the three major seas in Aden. It is said that it can reflect five colors under the sun, but why didn't I see it?

Arriving at the Five-Colored Sea and gazing up at the sky, you will feel as if you are at the top of a planet. The pure azure blue and the majestic and majestic Xiannairi Mountain are so stunning that no words can describe the shock before your eyes. If there is any, there is only one sentence: "The last piece of pure land on the aquamarine planet."

The Five-Colored Sea is not far from the Milk Sea, only about 0.5 kilometers away. But it took us nearly an hour to hike this 0.5 kilometers because the slope leading to the Five-Colored Sea is too steep. We had to take a last look at the Milk Sea as we walked.

At about 4:30, I finally arrived at the Five-Colored Lake with my exhausted body.

Standing on the highest observation deck of the Five-Colored Lake, you can embrace the meadows, snow-capped mountains, lakes and rivers on the plateau.

I climbed from Milk Lake to Five-Color Lake with all my willpower. There is a 500-meter difference (altitude) between Five-Color Lake and Milk Lake. Basically, you have to stop and rest for a few minutes at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters. There is a serious lack of oxygen. The top of the mountain is not very beautiful without the blue sky. I finally climbed from more than 10 o'clock in the morning and arrived at Five-Color Lake at 2:30 in the afternoon. Unfortunately, there are no five colors. Five-Color Lake is very ordinary glacier water, but it is very famous. The wind on the top of the mountain is strong and the road is steep.

Tenzin Co Lake, also known as the Five-Colored Sea, is about 4,600 meters above sea level. It is a famous sacred lake in Tibet, on par with Yamdrok Lake, Namtso Lake and Manasarovar Lake in Tibet. It is said to be able to "replay history and predict the future."

You have to walk down the hillside to see the Five-Colored Lake. I don't know if it's because of the dry season, the lake is very small and not colorful at all. Plus, a large cloud blocked the sunlight at that time, so we hurriedly took a few photos and walked back.

The Five-Colored Lake, also known as "Tenzengcuo" in Tibetan, is located between Xiannairi and Yangmaiyong, at an altitude of 4,600 meters, and is the highest lake in Aden. Rain and snow have driven away most of the tourists from the lake. The lake surface, which has just calmed down, presents a deep blue color that calms your mind and allows you to experience the ever-changing life like flowing water. If the sky is clear, the plants and water at the bottom of the lake will present different lights under the sunlight, with gradual transitions and subtle changes, like a still and spectacular heavy-color oil painting.

To be honest, my expectations were a bit higher than what I actually saw. The scenery was really nice, but climbing up the mountain was really exhausting. On the way, I saw many people holding oxygen bottles and breathing while walking to get up, and some even chose to let the local horse caravan ride over on horseback.

There are many irregular mesh patterns on the bottom of the Five Colors Sea. In July and August every year, various plants grow luxuriantly on the bottom of the lake, and they show different colors under the sunlight. Some people also call it the "Seven Colors Sea". This pattern is formed after the plants on the bottom of the lake die.

The Five-Color Lake is located at the deepest part of the Daocheng Yading Scenic Area, next to the Milk Lake, but about 100 meters higher than the Milk Lake. To the north of the Five-Color Lake is the Xiannairi Sacred Mountain, and to the south are the Milk Lake and Yangmaiyong Sacred Mountain.

First go to the Five-Colored Lake, then go to the Milky Way Lake. Although it is tiring, the return journey is very relaxing!

The two elderly people and I took 8 hours to go back and forth, and I was really exhausted because of my severe altitude sickness. On the day we went there, three people fell and one died.

The Five-Colored Lake needs a panoramic view, and it is best to take aerial photos. This is one of the more beautiful plateau lakes I have ever seen. The lake formed by the melting of glaciers may also be a cumulonimbus lake, which is called a sea here.

When I really saw the Five-Colored Sea, I was a little disappointed, probably because I felt that its beauty was not proportional to our hardship. But later on, I felt that it was okay, especially when I was alone and quietly looking at it.

We climbed the Five-Colored Lake at about 4:00 p.m. The Five-Colored Lake looked ordinary on a cloudy day.

The Five-Colored Lake is also known as Dengchongcuo. The Sheli Lake means the auspicious sea. The Five-Colored Lake is named because of the five different colors produced by the refraction of light. It is named because it produces five different colors under the refraction of light. The section from the Milk Lake to the Five-Colored Lake is really steep. It is really thrilling to see the crawling plank road from below.

The colorful Five-Colored Sea can only be matched with colorful poses and costumes. Next time, I will just wear a costume with cloud sleeves, which will be more suitable for the scene.

Go up the trail beside Milk Lake and you will reach Five Color Lake. Continue to climb the hill between the two lakes and you can enjoy the beauty of both lakes. The left eye is pure and flawless, while the right eye is colorful.

The Five-Colored Sea is formed by the melting snow from the snow-capped mountains, so it is very clear. It looks like a gem against the backdrop of the snow-capped mountains and the blue sky.

Walking down from the valley to the lakeside, the weather gradually cleared up. The pure snow water made the lake exceptionally clear and clean. Behind it was the misty Yangmaiyong. The blue sky and white clouds made this the real "last pure land on the blue planet".

Walking slowly along the lake, the color of the Five-Colored Sea will slowly change with your footsteps. All the hardships and persistence today are for waiting for this moment.

The Five-Colored Lake is another kind of beauty. From near to far, from green to purple, it feels quite similar to the Five Flower Lake in Jiuzhaigou.

Walking to the Five-Colored Lake was really rewarding. It was the first time I knew that mountains could be like this, wild and sharp, as if cut by a very sharp knife. From a distance, the lake water was light blue, dark blue, purple, emerald green, etc., like a gorgeous gem.

A sapphire-like lake embedded in the snow-capped mountains is so beautiful that you don’t want to disturb it.

After walking up a steep hill, the Five Color Sea appears before our eyes. The Five Color Sea got its name due to the five different colors produced under the refraction of light. It is known as the best scenery in Aden together with the Milk Sea. Whether there is sunshine is very important. The sunshine can make the beauty of the Five Color Sea show up without any cover. It is so beautiful, and the changing color of the water is mysterious and charming. It lives up to its reputation, at least I agree in my heart, and the trip was worthwhile.

The colors of the Five-Colored Sea are very beautiful under the sun, with many layers of azure blue, just like the gem called "Heart of the Ocean". If you have enough energy, you can climb up the hillside facing the left side of the Five-Colored Sea to take pictures of the bird's-eye view, which can clearly capture the bottom of the water.

The Five-Colored Lake is located on the hillside behind the Milk Lake and requires another 15 minutes of climbing.

Personal experience: Go up the steep mountain road on the east side to see the Five-Colored Sea (although it is really steep and tiring, and don't look back, otherwise you will be scared to death). After watching the Five-Colored Sea, you can go downhill to the Milk Sea to watch it. You can watch the Milk Sea from far to near, and it is also beautiful! The Five-Colored Sea is indeed beautiful and worth seeing. Friends, you will get there if you persist!

The deep blue seemed to have a few drops of color falling into it, and purple, purple-red, and gray-blue appeared one after another. The white stone wall opposite helped her reflect a ray of sunlight onto the water, giving those colors a background.

Sitting by the Five-Colored Sea, admiring the beautiful scenery, I was reluctant to leave for a long time.

It takes another 20 minutes to get from Milk Lake to Five Color Lake, but the road is relatively flat. When we arrived at Five Color Lake, the weather turned cloudy and the water was dark blue. We couldn't see five colors, which was a bit disappointing.

These two lakes are very large. If you have enough energy, you can walk along the water's edge and maybe find a better angle for taking photos. You won't be like us, who didn't have the energy to climb up and down the water's edge to find a photo angle and sat down on the Five-Colored Sea.

Without sunlight, I didn't see the five colors, but it was very blue, like a blue gem.

Even if you don't have altitude sickness, it is difficult to climb to the Five-Colored Lake without good physical strength.

Recommendation: If you don't have much physical strength, it's a good idea to visit Luolong Cow Farm and look up at the beautiful Xiannairi Snow Mountain. The Five-Colored Sea is colorful. From different angles, the color of the water is different. I walked half a circle around the Five-Colored Sea. Because the Five-Colored Sea is at a relatively high altitude, some people gave up this attraction.

The water of the Five-Colored Sea is so clear that you can see a small piece of colorful stone at the bottom of the water. If you look closely, the water surface is colorful. I believe it will be even more beautiful if it is a sunny day! Looking up, I just saw a corner of the snow-capped mountain.

At 4700 meters above sea level, those who can reach here are really brave! In fact, there are two pools on top, one blue and one green, which will be more distinct under the sun!

I am a little disappointed. Maybe it is due to the weather, there is no obvious color difference.

The Tibetan name of the Five-Colored Lake is Mudico. It is 4,500 meters above sea level. Behind a steep slope on the right side of the Milk Lake, the lake is round in shape with clear water. The ice valley extends to the lakeside. The snow-capped mountains are reflected on the lake surface, and under the sunlight, they refract colorful light, which is very spectacular.

The hardships along the way will be remembered forever in my life!

The Five-Colored Sea is the highest scenic spot in Aden, about 4,700 meters, so the entire route is constantly climbing. Climbing is a painful process. The physical discomfort comes from the high altitude and altitude sickness. This is a physical and mental practice.
