Jingxiu Hall, built during the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty, features a two-story structure with three rooms, two units in front and two behind the main hall. To the east is a side hall and a gallery-style kitchen. Two courtyards are strategically placed in front of the hall, each in a neat rectangular shape, with elaborately paved bluestone floors and inlaid flower beds and fish ponds. Two peonies, as old as the house itself, nestle within.

The inner courtyard, separated from the outer reaches of the Moon Pond by a single wall, creates a tranquil and peaceful ambiance, offering a tranquil and tranquil space for residents.
