The beautiful Huanggu River is located between the entrance of Meixi Township and Dahekou of Shitai County. It is a 30-mile waterway that flows down from the new Meixi Bridge. It is known as the "30-mile Ink Painting Gallery". The scenic area is full of overlapping mountains and lush forests. There are many precious tree species such as rhododendron and giant bauhinia. The ecological resources are well protected. If you go deep into the scenic area and hike, you can see waterfalls and springs, and you can also take a bamboo raft and kayak to appreciate the beautiful scenery of the 30-mile Ink Painting Gallery of the Huanggu River.

The Huanggu River is wide, flowing gently, and boasts clear waters, boasting 35 species of fish. The area boasts high mountains, deep gorges, and magnificent bamboo rafts, lush fields, and bamboo groves. As early as the 1980s, Hong Kong Phoenix Film Company and several domestic film studios used the river for location filming.
