Among its most famous attractions is the Nine Linked Waterfalls, with its cascading waterfalls and gurgling springs. Among the waterfalls, Tongtian Waterfall, the highest in the group, is the most spectacular. It roars down from a crevice on the mountaintop, its roar resonating with the surrounding mountains. Its most famous attraction is the once-prosperous Mengshan Temple, built during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Due to historical reasons, only ruins, stone tablets, cliff carvings, tombs, and caves remain.
