The Cao family's second residence, located on Dagujing Street in Huicheng Town, was built during the Republic of China era. Facing east from the west, the two houses are connected by a wall. The southern house has two entrances and three bays, measuring 10.7 meters wide and 12.9 meters deep , covering an area of ​​approximately 138 square meters. There is a small courtyard in front, with side rooms below the hall, and verandas on either side of the courtyard, separated by carved screens and doors.

The upper hall is a single room with a building and exquisite brick, wood, and stone carvings. The north house has two entrances and three bays, 10.7 meters wide and 13.2 meters deep , covering an area of ​​approximately 136 square meters.
