Kuixing Tower, also known as the Corner Tower, is located at the southeast corner of Fuyang's old city. Built entirely of brick, it is a three-story hexagonal structure standing 9.93 meters tall. It features stepped eaves, raised ridges, and upturned corners. The roof is decorated with a dancing iron phoenix and hexagonal bells. The tower was built to pray for the emergence of local scholars and the flourishing of literary culture.

"Records of Famous Paintings of All Ages" states: " Kui has sharp horns and governs writing . " Because ancient texts often associate Kui with writing and prose, scholars throughout history have revered Kui. Localities built towers dedicated to it, praying for the emergence of numerous local scholars and the flourishing of literary traditions.

From Kuixing Tower, you can gaze south toward Huoshan Mountain. It's also known as the Wanghuo Tower and the " Three-Pendant Pagoda . " Each of the three floors of Kuixing Tower has rooms, though they're not connected. The first floor features a semicircular arched door facing south; the second floor has one door and four circular arched windows. The south door lintel is inscribed with a brick carving : " Wen Guang She Dou . " The third floor's south door lintel reads: " Kui Bi Lian Hui . "
