
Zhuxian Town Qifeng Ancient Garden, also known as the Zhuxian Town National Cultural Ecotourism Demonstration Zone, is a key project of Henan Province and Kaifeng City, as well as a key provincial and municipal tourism project. Invested by Henan Kaixin Yifang Real Estate Group and developed by Henan Zhuxian Town Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., this cultural tourism project integrates culture, tourism, and ecological agriculture. Located north of Zhuxian Town, Kaifeng City, west of Kaiwei Road and on both sides of the Yunliang River, the project has a total construction period of 10 years, a planned cumulative investment of 12 billion yuan, and a total construction area of over 800,000 square meters.
The project is planned to be divided into eight functional areas: an ancient town display area, a lakeside scenic area, a hot spring leisure resort, an ancient battlefield cultural experience area, an ecological farm experience area, a cultural and creative wellness area, an ecological wetland experience area, and an ecological woodland sightseeing area. The first phase of the ancient town display area will take three years to build, with completion and opening scheduled for October 2016.

Four-sided archway
It is 10.8 meters wide, 11.43 meters high, and 10.8 meters deep. The plaque on the east side of the archway reads "Grain Transport Wharf" (the plaque on the back reads "Important Commercial Port"). The carved couplet reads: "Thousands of sails sail south and north, sailing to Zhuxian Ferry; unloading east and loading west, thousands of merchants flock to the boats to transport grain."
