Cangyu Mountain is arc-shaped, with majestic mountains, crisscrossing gullies and undulating hills. The core area of Canghe Lingquanxia Scenic Area is located in Dongshuanma Village, Shibaotou Township, northwest of Weihui City, Xinxiang City. It is connected to Linzhou City in the north, Kangwangzhao in the west, Niu'an Village in the south, Liushuling in the southwest, and Shuiyu Village in the east.
Lingquan Gorge Scenic Area boasts a rich variety of resources and a healthy ecological environment. It encompasses six key landscapes: rock formations, river valley scenery, biodiversity, folk art, vernacular architecture, and revolutionary culture. It combines the grandeur of the Taihang Mountains with the beauty of southern China. Each of the scenic areas boasts distinct and unique tourism resources, including the beautiful scenery of the South and East gullies, rare paleontological fossils in the North Mountain, well-preserved Qing Dynasty dwellings, distinctive Tibetan cuisine, and unique local culture; the breathtaking red foliage of the North Mountain and charming mountain villas; the rare lava and rock formations, including Lingzhi Cliff, Stone Fish Chronicle, Phoenix Face, Shikuquanshu, and Monkey Immortal Cave; and the unique revolutionary tourism resources. The tourist area boasts high mountains and deep valleys, with good hillside vegetation coverage and a relatively pristine ecological environment.
