
Badaguan, located in the eastern part of Huiquan, Shinan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, and on the southern foot of Taiping Mountain, was built in the 1930s. It is a famous scenic resort in China, covering an area of more than 70 hectares.
The area is called "Eight Great Passes" because there are eight roads (now increased to ten), named after famous passes on the ancient Great Wall of China. This area is a famous villa area and is known as the "Museum of International Architecture."
The characteristic of "Badaguan" is that it integrates parks and courtyards. There are lush trees everywhere, flowers blooming all year round, and different varieties of trees on the ten roads.
Qingdao is located in the northern temperate monsoon region and has a temperate monsoon climate with humid air, abundant rainfall, moderate temperature and distinct four seasons.
