Built on the original riverbed after the river's diversion, the park covers over 80 mu (approximately 16 acres), including over 20 mu (approximately 16 acres) of water. The park's architecture is designed in the Jiangnan (Southern Yangtze) style, featuring 15 classical garden structures, including the Hundred Flowers Pavilion and the Luhu Summer Shade. A number of modern sculptures are also featured, including the 10-meter-tall, 9-meter-wide "Rama Style," which depicts a battle between an ancient ape and a dinosaur. It is currently the largest sculpture in Yunnan.
