The Tu people are an ancient ethnic group that has inhabited Qinghai for generations. Traditional folk festivals such as the "February 2nd Fighting Competition," the "June 6th Flower Festival," and the "Danma Festival," as well as sutra viewing sessions and temple fairs, attract large numbers of tourists.

The park is located in Huzhu County, Qinghai. Visitors can reach it by taxi or private car from nearby towns. Local bus services are limited. Walking is recommended within the park itself.
The park is open roughly from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The best visiting periods are late spring to early autumn (May to October) when the weather is pleasant and festivals often take place.
Entrance fees apply and can be purchased at the park entrance. Online ticketing may be available via local tourism websites, but offline purchase is most common.
